I am originally from the UK, but now live in Australia and I frequently use Giftinspiration.com for gifts to my parents in the UK. I have always received excellent service, the product has always been delivered on time and my parents have loved them. My Mum always comments on how beautifully the gifts are wrapped, with a lovely hand written card. They even put together a bespoke, gluten free Christmas hamper for my parents last year. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I made the order on Saturday for the packet to be delivered on Tuesday (paying the additional fee). The packet was not delivered on Tuesday and on Wednesday was still not delivered. Initially they told me that it was delivered, but after insisting that it was not, they started the shipment process. I do not know if it will ever reach the destination. I will never use this site again!

UNRELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE!
Please do not waste your money on this company. They do not deliver on time even when you pay extra money for next day delivery. Find a reputable company instead and let this company go bust, it's what they deserve!
This website is fantastic, I am originally from the UK but now live in Canada and use this site regularly for birthday/christmas/mother's day gifts for my family in the UK. I have always received excellent service, the product has always been delivered on time and everyone of my family and friends in the UK who have received gifts from me via this company, have absolutely loved them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
