BEWARE - DO NOT use their services! This website came up high on google when I was looking for services to send a gift to my in-laws in Kolkata, India from the US. I ordered a black forest cake from a premium bakery in Kolkata - Kookie Jar. These guys delivered a fake cake which was not only stale but rotten and completely inedible. I contacted the store and they refused to reimburse on the pretext that the cake has been cut and cannot be returned whole - really! I have used other services before and this was the worst possible experience in my 6+ years of sending gifts from US to India. This is definitely not the website you want to use when sending gifts for your loved ones - you and your family/friends will be cheated and the only sentiments you will feel are anger and frustration! Hope this helps some of you who are looking for a reliable service to send a gift to your loved ones in Kolkata!

We appreciate his comments and he had raised a dispute with paypal as well. Paypal investigated his claims and had ruled in our favour.
We had furnished all documents including photographs of the cake that was delivered.
We have a policy of refunding the money or replacing the cake if the customer is able to return even a piece of consumable product that is not fresh
We have been in business for 14 years and we have not had a single adverse comment
