We ordered 200 long stem white roses. They were absolutely stunning. Came on time, not a single bad flower or broken stem. Highly recommend and will be buying in the future.
Purchased 10 stems of stargazer lillies for our friend's birthday. Her favorite. Delivered on time. They were awful. Dead, rotting, brown, wilted. She sent me photos, so i immediately went to call GlobalRose. No phone number. They only post an email address. I sent an email about 7 days ago, still no response. I did; however, notice that they had a chat bot. So i went to the chat bot and the "person" put in a request to refund my account. Put in a request? What the heck. I have no idea about what happened or even if i've been refunded yet, but it's terrible service.

I delivered these flowers to staff at an Elementary School. The flowers bloomed nicely and the school staff really appreciated the kind gesture. I dressed them up individually with bows and a color assorted the single rose sleeve. It was a sweet touch. These are great quality roses and stayed intact all the way to North Carolina. Thank you.
My son was getting engaged in a different city from where I live. We had little time to plan and wanted roses to add a beautiful touch to the room. I have never ordered flowers in this manner but figured I would give it a try. The flowers arrived on time--and were magnificent. They were open but actually fully opened up a day or two later. They were perfect and this was a great experience.

I ordered flowers from 4 different sources for a baby shower - thinking if one or 2 sources were not of good quality I'd have other flowers that would be ok. Global Rose packs every flower with care and they come well-protected, fresh and beautiful. I am so pleased with how they look. If I every have to do a bulk order again - I will use Global Rose
The arrangement is so pretty but it did not last. Flowers arrived half dead. My grocery store bought flowers have lasted much longer.

Roses were shipped directly from Columbia. They looked partially dead when they arrived but did perk up after being put in water. One was dead and had to be thrown away. For the price they were smaller than I expected or received other years for the same cost. Will buy from a different vendor next year.

My flowers arrived looking fresh, vibrant and beautiful! They were not wilting, they stood up to traveling to the party location and stood up well until and after the party two days later! I purchased these for a birthday gift. My friend loved them. They were delivered in great condition, fresh and beautiful! I have ordered from Global Roses before and will do so again. Great product!
I ordered a large number (76) of ivory roses, some of them came with a very green hue on the pedals. I could not use half of them. And then like 1/4 of the them were the actual ivory that I had ordered. Disappointed with the result. As I was planning on using this company for my other weddings coming up.

Dear Victoria, we would love to investigate your case further. White / Ivory roses tend to have a green hue when they are closed and they will turn white as they bloom. Please provide pictures of the items that need our attention so we can straighten this unfortunate experience for you if that was not the case. We have also opened an investigation with the greenhouse in regard to this.

I so appreciate the rapid response from customer service for any and all concerns. Roses are always top quality and in excellent condition, yet I have been hesitant to order other flowers until now. My recent large order of had several nonroses, and I now know that if there is a problem, GlobalRose makes things right. I was especially impressed with the quality of the Lisianthus and Astrolomeria.
Selection, quality, price and convenience as I live far from the wholesaler, - but I'll return due to excellent customer service.
