I strongly advise you not to order code signatures from this company. They have a very heavy never-ending due diligence. I faced the same issue as a previous sitejabber contributor with the pricey package. You better sell your application through the Microsoft store only or/and buy your developer signature from Apple if it is for MacOS. The Microsoft store procedure is very light. You can submit an application to Microsoft store without signing the code of your app and Microsoft signs the application on your behalf. For the Mac App store, it is really easy to get a code certificate from Apple. The membership of a developer account for Mac and PC are very cheap in both cases (apple and microsoft): almost $100 each for a company. Don't focus on "standalone" distribution. We wasted 1 month for code signature and this could have been used for marketing.

They advertise a free signing tool, but, only try to sell you a $369 package. It's just a scam. Online chat is a joke, they asked me to send a link to the webpage. Don't waste time
