Globe offered a Samsung Gift Certificate when one bought a Note20 Ultra online. Globe did NOT permit me to purchase a cell phone online. Their own brick-and-mortar-store was unable to order a cell phone for me online. I bought a Note20 Sept. 28,2020 at a Globe store and requested a gift certificate since it was THEIR FAULT that I was unable to buy online. I have bought cell phones online from Globe before. Globe has NOT approved my gift certificate. This is very poor customer relations/satisfaction.
