They do not accept returns if the items are opened. Pretty unfair considering other high end competitors' return policies which do accept items although they've been opened. The Gloss Moderne products did nothing for my hair, the very expensive elixir even less. What I hate is the very high prices charged and one is stuck with useless products if they do not work out.
I bought a shampoo and conditioner. When I used it my hair matted up for some reason. Just horrible for my hair. So i reached out for an exchange. They do not accept exchanges. How are you going to sell $50 shampoo and offer such horrible service?
