I have used this company for a few years. They were a very good company when it was GSO. When they were bought out the price went up and the service got much worse. The customer service or lack of is virtually no help if you wait two plus hours to talk to someone. Their drop boxes are not picked up every day, sometimes once to twice a week causing packages to be late. I do not recommend this company at all.

An online printer I use employs these guys to do their shipping. They totally botch my overnight shipping. When I followed up with their customer services to figure it out... they were anything but helpful. Passing blame back at the print company. Repeating over and over that "we can't help you". This was through chat. When I did get someone on the line, they would only give me name and rank... no actual help with the order. This seemingly would have been an easy fix, but they failed. I have passed the feedback on to the print vendor, but they aren't much better.

Ordered a part from carpartswholesale on Ebay. Apparently they use GLS to lose / not deliver your package. Package has been rescheduled 5 times, now it is not scheduled at all. GLS excuse was weather, we had a skiff of snow, we will have more for the next 4 months, do they deliver only when the lilacs are in bloom? Horrible seller, worse shipper.
They just leave my package 10 days in Germany, if i didn't write them 4 mails, they never send it to right destination! The excuse was "that due to an error in their system, your order was misdirected.'
GLS damaged the parcel
GLS didn't deliver the parcel, but returned it back to sender, damaged repacked in different box, with missing items and damaged items. I contacted gls slovakia customer service, who were Really rude and unprofessional and they asked for the claim form to be filled in online. They wouldn't provide any info how did the damage the parcel, why it looked like the trash bin and why was parcel sent between Hungary and Germany 3 times forth and back. They simply declined the claim blamed me that parcel was incorrectly wrapped. My question is why was parcel collect by gls driver and why he didn't refuse it ad it states on their collection slip, that driver is only allowed to collect correctly wrapped parcels. GLS don't value the customers, all they are interested in is your money, customer service employees are very unprofessional and try to get yo off the phone as soon as possible.

I waited in for five days, they kept giving me vague delivery windows then not showing up. Day 3 lady phoned me to explain there was an issue with the address, when she read it back to me, it was... my address. Still not recieved parcel.

If you value your package being delivered or honest attempts to make the deliveries, then do not trust these clowns with your package. They mark their tracking site for customers to see where the package is as, "delivery attempted", when they never knock on your door or rang the door bell. This company can not be trusted with your parcels, and companies should not use them at all. They are incompetent at best and extremely dishonest about the trying to deliver packages. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from the seller who I bought the goods from since this company will never be able to complete the delivery. I feel sorry for the seller as they tried to find the cheapest way to get the package delivered and save the customer some money. But they should have just went with UPS or FedEx to deliver the product.

Short version: GLS somehow managed to "lose" FOUR 21" tires and then jerked me around for over a week trying to get them to respond to the original shipper. Meanwhile, fabricated and misleading information is posted in the tracking, and even a week after they claim the packages were "lost," the tracking info keeps showing there's a delivery coming.
Their customer service agents (on the rare occasion you can reach one) are rude, and really don't like being called out for dishonesty, but the proof is in the article above. Bottom line: Find another shipping company. These guys are clowns.

It took them A MONTH to pick up the parcel. After 6 attempts arriving on time they finally did pick it up and then they lost the parcel.
People who are answering the phone are not able to find the parcel using three tracking codes that I was given.

This company was supposed to deliver my moms medication, which is both very expensive and dangerous if used by others. We had the complete address written there and we called ahead of time to say it needs to be delivered to our apartment door. My mom stayed home to receive it. After tracking The package, it showed as delivered. We called to see where it was. The representative kept telling me that they have proof of delivery on their end! I kept saying what does that mean? I don't have it. She hung up on me. I called again and another agent just told me that they have a picture of it laying somewhere which is "proof of delivery". I asked if it was at a door and they said no. I went to the lobby, it wasn't there. Someone took it or they never delivered it. Either way they are responsible because trey didn't deliver to the correct address according to instructions. Not only did they not accept responsibility for the loss and the fact that my mom doesn't have her medication, but the idea that someone may take them and use them, didn't phase them a bit. The manager wouldn't take my call and the agent kept saying as far as we are concerned, we are done.
What can I say... The most b. Astard company is GLS. You are the liars and the ugliest couriers you have. Every time, EVERY time your couriers do not bring the parcel on the specified date. Instead, EVERY time your courier puts the status - not at home. I had a delivery scheduled for Monday July 5th, I WAS HOME THE WHOLE DAY, ME AND MY WIFE! YOUR COURIER PUTS THE STATUS THAT NO ONE IS HOME! JULY 6 RE-DELIVERY, I WAS HOME ALL DAY AGAIN - NO ONE BROUGHT ANYTHING! AND TODAY THE STATUS - DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING! DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEAD? OR YOUR FU***G COURIERS? I PAYED FOR THIS WASTE DELIVERY, HOW THE HELL DO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR 2 DAYS AT HOME? HOW THE HELL HAVE I A DELIVERED STATUS?
Mobile phone was stolen. They kept their european tracking info (the one used by the seller to check the delivery) stating "delivering today" for more than one month (and counting) whilst the local website (and info from the very hard to reach local support) had been updated with "item stolen".
Refused to contact the seller and to update european tracking site and stating that seller had to contact them first (of course seller would always get the "in delivery" status on the european site. The local gls site (portuguese site) had a different tracking number and, off course, was not the official tracking site to have value to the seller;
They don't respond to the emails nor to the remarks you post on their own forms in their webpages.
The contact telephone is is a premium number and they take like 30 minutes to reach an human to answer (and you pay fto listen to music) and then, they don't solve anything.
I was able to reach them through a complaint in a compliants portal In portugal. They replied there. But never fixed anything - their answers are mainly pre-written answers.
Terrible. Hope they go away from market - companies like this are the the reason for people to distrust sellers and e-commerce.
Every week I ship a package and a package gets shipped to me. Twice this month they have lost a package that was picked up in LA and never made it to Long Beach. No one answers the phone, but there is a call back option. Called Thursday - no call back. Called Friday - no call back. Called Monday - they called back. But... nothing they can do because it's been longer than 5 days. It wouldn't have been too long if they had called back in less than 3 days. Tried contacting them through website as well. Form REQUIRES the tracking number be entered. I got an email back saying that they need the tracking number. What? Every person I have ever dealt with on the phone is as rude as rude gets. THEY ARE THE WORST

Don't use GLS for overnight delivery.
The worst delivery company I've ever used! The track&trace link was not showing any time frame of the delivery until the people just came to the house when I was at work. I said that I was not informed that they were coming, so I cannot be there now and said that they have to deliver on other day. People on the phone said "no, we cannot come other day, it's too far". I said "then leave the boxes next to the gates". They said "ok". After a few hours I was back home and all of the boxes were threw over the fence! (it was baby stuff including 2 beds and the matras). As a result everything was dirty and broken. The store promised to pick it up again via GLS, but they can only come on a business day and there is no time frame! So I had to skip my whole work day for that but NOBODY EVEN CAME! The online store told me that GLS just cancelled pick up with no explanations. Point. Nobody didn't inform me in any way, not the store not GLS. So now I have to skip another work day next week and loose money and time because of them. So if you ever buy anything in internet ALWAYS look at who will deliver and if it's GLS then find another store because you will gain only problems. They don't care about people and have no client service or support.
I had a package sent from France on the 9th May through GLS and after seeing the package was still in France on the 14th after 6 scans I contacted the sender and then GLS.
The sender Pneus tyres told me I would have the package tomorrow which turned out to be a lie. After contacting several divisions including the French outlet of GLS who thought it sufficient to just directed me to their app to check what I already knew I eventually found out that they had no idea where the package was. After agonising about it for the next 24 hrs I received an email stating that an investigation was started to see where my package was. That was a week ago and I still don't know whats happening and to make matters worse the sender will not refund my money until that investigation is complete.

I dont know what to tell others! I know I still don't have my package or my refund!!!
