Mathias, the service tech, was professional and friendly. He paid attention to our needs and performed several requests including treating the bathrooms for silverfish and spraying the propane compartment on the bbq where creepy crawlies lie in wait.

Eusebio has done a great job during each visit. Knowing that we had an issue with roaches, he took his time to spray inside and outside our home.

They treat us very well and do a great. We've been with them for a long time and plan on staying. Thank you.

The gentleman did a great job. He called upon his arrival. He was professional and respectful. I appreciate his care with my lawn.

Tech arrived on time, explained what he'd be treating, and was super efficient at getting it done. Asked questions and sprayed problem areas to meet those needs. The hard part is waiting the short time to take full effect of our yard, and regain its use after being plagued with mosquitos and wasps. Great job!

Jesse was amazing! He was very thorough in explaining the entire process and treating our property. He walked me through what he did when he finished and answered all my questions. He let me know what to expect. He even sent photos of the service when he was done.

Scheduling is pathetic. Apparently you have to give up 4 hours of your life for every appointment. Contact always leads to unhelpful computerized calls followed by agents that speck English so poorly that everything has to be repeated 3-4 times. Service people do great. But their support coordinating their work will kill this company. Recommend employees to leave before company dies.

Recently, I noticed that there is a wasp nest near the front exterior part of my home near my door. I don't believe it was taken down properly or I don't know if it was sprayed. The technician came out without me being home so I don't know exactly what he did. I would appreciate if I'm home when the technician does come out to do work, I also have been noticing spiderwebs in my front lawn as well. There have been a few bugs in my home that I had to kill myself so the barrier inside my home probably isn't done as well as I would like but other than that you guys have, good service from what I can tell I think that you're a little expensive, I probably will not be using your services in the future. I could possibly do the work myself..

He was very personable as well as patient. Answered my questions with confidence. Took his time/efficient.

I've been with Aptive for several years now and am very pleased with the results of your services. All service technicians that have been to my house over the years have been great. One in particular I'd like to recognize is Tom! This guy is outstanding! Always in a good mood, always listens, always provides feedback, always vert thorough and just an all around great guy! We live on a lake and have issues annually with nuisance insects, spiders and wasps. Our technician, Anna, is very thorough and has done a great job for us. It's the best it's been for us in 7 years in this home

Aptive has serviced my residence for about 3 years now. I rarely see any spiders or insect in my house and when I do they're typically neutralized already.

Identified areas with the most bug activity and targeted specific types of bugs. Always effective at keeping the creepy crawlies away.

Their cusomer account website is basically useless. Cannot view my service agreement. Cannot view what by service includes. Only documents are some photos of areas of my house. Does not tell me what exactly was done durng their visit. Any information requires me callling their customer service line which takes several minutes and unfortuately their customer service couldn't answer any of my questions as to where my service agreement could be found (fortunately I printed up a hard copy upon signing up with the reps at my home the day they visited to "sell"), where I find any informantion other than my payment and future visits. I'm very disappointed. Just call, because that website won't help you.

Ed was on time, professional in his work, and pleasant to talk to. He gave us pointers as first time homeowners which we greatly appreciate!

Shante came out to spray the foundation and brush down the old bug nests. She introduced herself and loved on our puppy before getting to work.
