We booked on 22 Feb 2023 at 9pm train no ******* online train order by this company. They booked and confirmed our order, but at the time of delivery at booked station no one is comes and did not deliever order, when we call to its custer care than he cut out call. Totally fake company don't trust on this company totally time waste. I suggest to everyone don't go through book online train order by this company. Whole night me and my family suffered due to food.

We paid upfront (prepaid) as there was no payment on delivery option.

Food was not delivered. We made number of calls, everytime they say we will check and let you know. They never replied back

I ordered food for my family, it is delivered on time. The taste was Yummy! They prepare all varieties of goods with super taste.

I order for our family tour. We order 25 jain thali. They deliver perfectly and quality was yummy.

I ordered a fried rice combo for my train journey at Katni in Mahakoushal express. After a wait of more than 20 minutes and multiple phone calls, THE FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED.
Their customer care service is highly ineffective. They could not track the delivery boy or the status even after 30 minutes and were not understanding.

I have ordered food from this site in Raigarh in South Bihar Express Train. The company has sent paytm mobile no *******077 for payment of money. I have paid the amount but dont delivered food at Raigarh and even not attended the call after payment

I have pay full amount online for food on 11. 4. 22 but I have not received the food about refund the company always give many excuses and not when I call they r cutting my phone not given proper reply so guys don't pay online for food the company is not good.

Fraud never order food from this gofoodie this people are fraud we paid up front no one delivered food on time when i called customer care they are saying sorry useless service cheated nobody cares i recommend not order from this gofoodie paying up front please beware of this fraud people... zero rating

We were a group of 130 passengers traveled by train and ordered a veg meal at ratnagiri st from this app. Food was tasty, fresh and on time delivery. I don't need to make follow ups. They on their own informed me everything and no stress really. All members of group liked the meal. Excellent

I ordered a mush room fried rice. It was on time. But one zomatto guy handed over it. That means what ever I paid was. To go food +zam atto +restaurant?

Before delivered the food they are ppls asking for advance payment
On the meantime their not able to delivered the food
We asking for refund no body response our call

Not a trusted application to order food. No customer support and no one hearyou out. Hides vendoe name and only care doe money. If the food not delivered and stape foos delivered, no refund. Nobody solvw the issue

I have ordered food from Gofoodieonline during my train journey at Jhansi station. Meal was tasty, good quantity, and in a convenient packaging.

We were scared if the site will actually deliver the food in muzaffarpur Bihar, but not only they did - they also served good food. Recommended.

They delivered the food in a time when we our waiting for food very desperately in Covid -19 period. Thanks.
