I was recommend to gogo charters from a friend who had previously had experience using their service. Called gogo and spoke with their agent who was able to help with explaining the entire process and sending me a quote. Eventually I booked the bus via the emailed quote i was sent and everything was perfect after that. We were provided with a detailed itinerary and the bus showed up on time the day of trip. Fernando was our driver and he was absolutely amazing!

Never rented a bus with Go Go Charters before this. Found them by doing a google search and got a quote with an agent the same day. I wasn't certain whether they owned buses in Dallas or not. But everything turned out spectacular.

This company Gogo Charter, is not reliable. I had a trip schedule for 50 people, I called Gogo Charter, signed a contract, paid my money on time. Yet the day before the trip at about 3:00 PM I received a call from GOGO Charter stating they were having mechanical issues, (and would not try to help me find another bus company). This being 3:00PM on Friday afternoon I was unable to find other means of transportation.
This company is not dependable

We contracted GoGoCharters for a recent company event and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was told that I would receive the driver's contact info the day before the event but no one ever reached out. The morning of the event, I called and was finally given the name and number of our driver. When I called the driver, he was incredibly confused and told me he no longer worked for the company. I called GoGoCharters again and was told they would look into it and call me right back- I was never reached back out to. We then had to scramble to have our guests figure out another mode of transportation. When I requested a refund I was told that because a driver did end up showing up (after we had already made alternate plans due to their lack of communication) that we would not receive one. We wasted hundreds of dollars just to add chaos to our event.

Left 300 people stranded last minute after having a contract with them for months. Terrible customer service and so dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!

I scheduled transportation for 117 middle school students with Gogo Charters. I sent the money, received confirmation, etc. Two weeks later - the night before the event - they contacted me and said they did not have any drivers available that were certified, and they cancelled their service. It was too late to find other transport. It was clear that they overbooked. 117 disappointed middle schoolers. I wish I had the words to explain the disappointment, cost, inconvenience and paperwork they caused by cancelling our event.

We hired a 56 person bus for our wedding. The staff was always very friendly and helpful but I often had long waits and difficulties with communication- change in the itinerary and follow up with the driver's information prior to the event. The driver, Peter Soros was amazing! We accidentally hired a bus that was to big for our ceremony site. He was able to problem solve in the moment and skillfully and confidently navigate a tricky situation. He was our wedding superhero! Thank you!

GOGO CHARTERS: Do not use this company. I live in the Washington, DC area. I booked a reservation and everyone is eager and happy to help. I found that I needed two buses and GoGo wasn't willing to compromise on the price. Fine. I asked for a refund and got a total runaround. First I had to complete a survey for a refund. A week goes by and then I find that I have to provide a copy of my driver's license and credit card. Fine. A week goes by. After two emails, I find that there is a review process of 30-60 days by management. It takes them seconds to debit your card but then it takes 2 months for a refund. I am glad I dodged this bullet. Do not book with them.
