Horrible place to work. They sent my daughter to work from home with bad equipment then tell us it's our internet service provider. We've spent hours trying to resolve their issue all without pay. I've been blessed to work from home for over 5 years with an amazing company and have never had a problem to this day. Same internet service provider. I would never have been directed to work off the clock either. It's

Golden customer care has no insight when it comes to goal-setting and bringing up employee morale
My wife has worked at Golden customer care for 6 years and has been a dedicated employee. In the past 6 years, she has came in on her days off, so that she can do filing,
To keep ithe company up date with taxes and employee files.
She also helps other employees that is not in her job description help them keep up with their work
After only being with Golden Customer a shot amount of time, she had all products memorized and could tell you in tail what the product was made of. Now I'm bragging on my wife which is amazing because it's a vitamin company. Her product knowledge is unchallenged
I also own a company I have a 5-star rating
In order for me to keep a 5-star rating
I also practice values and standards.
On a daily basis I have to practice honesty so I can improve my relationship with myself and my customers. This is the only way I can go and make my company grow too.
These are standards and values that I love to practice on a daily basis. So in order for me to practice standards and values, I have to ask myself what I am doing right, but I also have to ask myself what am I doing wrong and how can improve myself and my company at the same time. After years of doing this I have learned making mistakes my greatest opportunity for growth. It's also my greatest opportunity for me to become self-aware and to practice honesty. I am able to grow a lot more by admitting mistakes then I am admitting where I am right. This is how I learned to grow and create self-awareness. Light is always born out of darkness. Unless I practices this principle, I will always stay where I'm at
No matter what happens in my company I am responsible.
In Golden customer care they also practice goal setting and helping the employee set goals for themselves to be a better part of the team. That is a great concept, if you practice the values and standards that go with it.
Looking at it from the outside and where they can improve at, is they don't practice honesty. If management does not practice honesty and take full responsibility for the outcome of their employees, and their own actions. Certainly can point out the shortcomings of their own employee but they cannot CD Aries which they make themselves. I love to take full responsibility for their employees and their own actions they are certainly going to repeat the same mistakes. Also they keep going over the same mistakes and blogging that their employees have made and not letting go of the past. It has been my experience you cannot move into the future unless you let go of the past.
Recently my wife was confronted with the situation about uniforms not be in order. The order itself should have been play six months ago. Upon hearing this. My wife went back to over her email looking for the order in question. She went back through all of her email, for last six months. Upon her findings, of going over her email there was nothing sent by H. R. She explain this to them, and there was no ownership or responsibility taken by the management. In fact they continue to go over the same problem and blame her. This is not the first time this has happened. In fact this is one out of many situations that has happened over at golden customer care.
I have studied self improvement and goal setting for over 30 years, unless the management starts taking responsibility for the mistakes they make it will drive that company into the ground. Not only that they are bringing down morale and causing a hostile environment.
The management is very good at taking not but they are keeping the wrong information and using it to bring down morale. They themselves don't look at themselves as making any mistakes. Like an alcoholic, unless admit you have a problem you will continue to make the same mistakes. You cannot have a positive company or focusing on the negative. You have to admit your mistakes and let them go and move on.

I will listing post heading and expectations of employees
I was so excited to be hired on from the temp agency so I could receive the health care and dental and vision benefits. They seemed fair in the beginning, however the scenerio quickly changed following training. We were quickly expected to complete 80 or more emails per day. If you had to process orders to be reshipped, it was double the work, one day I had 40 reships in addition to 40 more. The newer agents get the easier emails so not to scare them away, however that will be short lived. If you do not attain your 80 emails per day, you will receive a verbal, then 2 weeks later a written and then a final which more than likely means you will be terminated. Don't worry about the bonus, as if you do manage to receive the $1,000 sign on bonus, if they terminate you or you seek a better employment opportunity, you have to pay it back. They require you to stay for one full year. This opportunity was less than golden, however it paid my bills for 2 months while I was able to go back to Prince Perelson Employment Agency in Salt Lake City, UT. They were wonderful to work with and should have stayed on with them. The stats are unattainable, and the write ups come quickly, I had 94.5 as my QA total one month and received a write up because it was not 95%! So take it for what its worth, and don't get signed on with them, work as a temp and then you can find other employment quickly with Prince Perelson. I have to say I was disappointed but if it sounds too good to be true, you know it usually is.
It is a fact that this company uses unethical, unprofessional, and barely legal business practices. Don't even think of the idea that they will help you. They would just make everything worse.
I have requested to be removed from their mailing list and nothing has happened. I am constantly bombarded with lots of promotional stuff and I have had enough.
