Mr Duncan, Your site has not made it possible for me to log in or even SEE. My HOLDING ACCOUNT which you have assured me that i do possess along with the 147.7 GAU. For over a year now i have not been able to access my account in ANY way. The difficulties, delays, requirements, all looks like a big fraud to me. If not, then i expect you to link me directly to my holding account. I would also like to do a transfer. My GOLDMONEY statement indicated that i have indeed transferred to holding and DID NOT INDICATE THE NEED OF FURTHER RIGMAROLE. See screen shot attached.
Other customers have complained about "additional documents". Apparently these unagreed upon requirements are a deliberate deterrent to customers access to metal or money as was the lengthly process to verify and transfer to holding. This very disconcerting additional processe is weakening my TRUST and casting darkness you and your company's honor.
I hope your prompt reply and offer to assist is trust worthy. Indeed, TRUST in precious metals is very important. My account situation is very simple. II you and Goldmoney are in fact solvent and honest, then, I TRUST, with out further aggravation, you to show the holding of the 147.4 grams of gold i have purchased.

I invested in gold money because they agreed to store any amount of metal i would purchase and provide a visa card which i could use to purchase right out of my gold account. Then after about a year, they canceled the card, and i felt like i didn't have easy access to gold/money anymore. I would not have used them without the use of the card. Next they REQUIRED me to transfer my 147.7 GAU to what they call a holding account. This process was painful, ugly and lengthy. Two months after my account was transferred as required, i received a statement via email. The statement reflected 0 dollars and 0 GAU. WHERE IS THE GOLD? WHERE IS THE MONEY. I never withdrew any of it.
