I purchased what was reported to be a new Ping G20 golf club. A few months after purchase the face of the club cracked. I took it to a local Ping Dealer who found that the serial numbers on the club head and on the shaft did not meet any of Pings serial numbers and therefore the club is a fake. When I reported this the Golfcloseoutsale.com's Customer Service department asking for a refund they responded that the refund request was denied. Save yourself the trouble... do not do business with these people

No Address. No phone number. Owner of IP address appears to be Chinese. No replys to emails seeking more info on credentials in US. Site is registered in UK.
