I live in Canada and was searching the internet for a Christmas Gift for my buddies son, he loves Liverpool and Golf when I came across a great site called "Golf Europe Store". They had what I wanted, but I am always skeptical when purchasing from a new company, but I tell you, it was the greatest experience, I placed an order and with-in 5-days I received it, It was what I wanted, the quality and service was great and I would highly recommend using this company. I bought a beautiful rescue Nike of the last year at an excellent price. The club arrived today and it is magnificent. Unfortunately supplier forgot to enter my house number and the phone number to the carrier, this could not deliver but no one warned me and no one knew who was the agent in Italy courier. In the end it all worked out well but I think that such errors should not happen. I want to thank Jenny for the effort expended in resolving the problem, although it was not within its competence
Ordered a couple of items in early December and received them within the expected few days. Excellent price (after a trawl, couldn't find any better at the time) and products were of the expected quality.
I've used GolfStoreEurope on a few occasions now and have had zero issues or concerns. (Pehaps if my order wasn't right I may have had a "Customer Service" issue but I haven't!).
Happily use them again.
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a very good price and had it delivered to Germany within 5 days. Great! I will definitely shop at this store again.

Just like many, many other customers, I ordered because of the great prices en professional looking website. But from the moment you have payed, you get nothing! No product, no information, no reply to e-mails and no answered phone! I had to claim my money back through the Paypal actioncentre. If I hadn't used Paypal, my money was gone!
In short... Never, ever order here! Golfstoreeurope.com, may have been a real and reliable golfstore, but isn't anymore! There just thiefs!

Yet another horrible experience to go with all the others posted on this site. Place an order 10 days ago. Order has been being processed by warehouse staff ever since even though their website states 24 hour dispatch. Have been emailing daily for past 5 days to get an update. Zero response though they cite 48 hour customer response. They are either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid!

I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me.
Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore!
They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything.
I will take them to court!

Dreadful customer service. I placed an order for golf shoes on the 8th Dec... payment was taken the next day and as yet (22/12) I am still waiting for my goods... I have had no response to emails other than the standard email saying I would be emailed in 48 hours... This was a week ago... telephone is constantly engaged. I shall be passing this onto my bank just after Christmas to claim my refund as I have emailed again to cancel my order... very dissatisfied

This is the worst online company I have ever come across I read some reviews before ordering and thought it can't be that bad but I was wrong I ordered on the 4th of December thinking it should be here as I was buying a Christmas present but my good still haven't arrived 2 days before Christmas they are quick enough to take your money. Tried phoning all you get is a recorded message sent numerous emails with no reply so to anybody reading this and thinking of ordering don't you will regret it.

Ordered and paid over £300 for goods over 3 weeks ago but have not received. Non existent customer service, no advise/emails received regarding my order and only a recorded message when you try to telephone them. No goods or refunds received even though I have sent numerous emails. Waiting for Paypal and my credit card company now to recover the funds.
Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
I don't know what the issue is with other people, but I love this online store. I have never had any issue with my purchases; as a matter of fact, It's always been a smooth process. They have a lot to choose from and plenty of options. Shipping is lightening fast as well, which is definitely appreciated. I would highly recommend.
Buyer beware! Sadly I am reporting the same experience as the majority of people. I order a putter on the 22nd November which was marked as "in stock". I called so many times I know their telephone number by heart, not once did they answer. At almost 3 months in I have cancelled the order having been promised delivery dates which were never honoured... The telephone number on their site must be for the warehouse. If you search google you will find another number for the sales room, they won't be able to help too much but you at least get to talk to someone who can pass on messages etc.

It's easy to order online from golf store Europe, I was kept up to date with my order throughout, quick delivery and great product.
My daughter ordered a rescue club at the end of November and the money was debited from her account. No delivery by 20th December so she tried to call. Surprise no way of getting through so she e-mailed them. She was told that the club was out of stock. She asked for a refund, but still hasn't received it despite two e-mails assuring her it had been paid and would be in her account within 24 hours.
I have also sent two e-mails asking for someone to contact me, but nothing.
Is this company actually real? Seems like they are a bogus company cashing in the hard earned cash of people with absolutely no intention of supplying the goods.
Based on my daughters experience I would use this company.
Fantastic turnaround, was the cheapest on the Internet by around £40, and despite ordering in the run up to Xmas my order still arrived in less than 48 hours. Would definitely order again, fantastic service.

This site seems to be very random, some have great experience and some like me wait forever for their order.
I ordered a stand bag, and one month later I still am waiting for it, it was not customized, shown available in stocks and the communication with the customer service is a nightmare: they keep telling me each time I ask for updates that they have "stock issues" and will send my goods in 3-5 days... ONE MONTH already and I don't know how much more I will have to wait!

Like so many others, it seems, I ordered a club which has never turned up, I can't get to speak to anyone, and, their customer service is non-existent - literally, they NEVER answer the customer service phone line. Items show as in stock when clearly they are not. My order was placed on 16/12/2015 (after 3 days of email correspondence) then told to wait 3 weeks, then another 1-2 weeks and I still have not received it as at 31-01-2015.
It does appear that some people get lucky and Golf Store Europe can source their items but, it is a gamble and anyone risk-averse should buy elsewhere. The items listed have an 'In Stock' indicator which gives the impression that it is somehow linked to their warehouse (which I now no longer believe exists), however, the indicator is not dynamic - that is it does not update to 'Out of stock' when they can no longer supply the goods.
Customer service is terrible. They never answer the customer 'service' phone, are slow to respond to emails, and do not even answer emails sent out of hours (unbelievably, you have to resend the email during working hours - whatever that means).
I have started a dispute with paypal to see if I can get my money back.

If you can't speak to anyone directly who can confirm they have what you want is actually in stock, don't proceed with the purchase.
If you do feel lucky and attempt to buy from them, REGISTER ON THEIR SITE BEFORE YOU ORDER otherwise you will never be able to track your order .
