This company appears legitimate offering a telephone number as well as an email address and postal details however my experience has been nothing can be further from the truth. They also trade as cookwarerange.co.uk and we ordered electric heaters from them which were advertised with a 7 day delivery date. Since the original 7 days expired we've tried calling on a dozen occasions, leaving our contact details as the telephone number is always diverted to an answering machine and have as yet to receive a call back. We've also sent numerous emails which after the initial 4 were evidently ignored we received a reply advising our order would be with us "by the end of the week". This would have taken us to 11 days from order which, granted would have been reasonably ok. However the heaters never arrived so we made contact again. And again. And again. All with no response until we stated we would cancel the order forthwith, which rather remarkably provoked a response offering a delivery date "during the first week of May". I therefore requested clarification as, by my calendar, the first week of May could be deemed as delivery by 5/5/13 or 12/5/13 as both could be classified as described. Not surprisingly we received no response to this which, following our earlier success, prompted us to send yet another email (after trying the telephone service for a laugh) requesting the order to be cancelled if delivery couldn't be made by 4/5/13 as the electrician was booked into install today, 5/5/13. Once more upon the threat of cancellation we received a short email proclaiming "Good News" "The radiators are back in stock and will be with you on 4/5/13! We're still waiting... I'm hoping we've not be scammed as it's now 28 days since our original order was placed.
