Gossard's customer service team are fantastic! I ordered a bra, and unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I asked to exchange it and they did so at no extra cost. The bra is lovely, and I even got it in the sale so it was half price! The lady even offered me alternatives if they new one did not fit - based on the bra I had chosen she offered similar styles and told me all about the materials, the fit of each style and where I could go to try them out on the high street. A top british company!
