My mom received her canvas. It was beautiful. She complimented the craftmanship beauty of the colors.
I ordered what was supposed to be a touching momento, a gift in remembrance of my son's 15-year-old dog that just passed away. The whole family was devastated by Coco's loss so I decided it was justified to spend close to $30 CAD, though it was more than I could afford on my tight budget. Based on the website, image and description, it was going to be so pretty and would've made them so happy. I'm shocked at what I received. I'm absolutely livid. I can't believe this is what they would send. A piece of plastic with badly trimmed edges and vertical indented lines all over, faded colours - just awful! Seriously wondered if this was some kind of joke? It would be offensive to give this to anyone as a gift. I sent an email almost 2 days ago now and no response. I'm really disappointed and even sad that this is how little regard a company has for people who spend their hard earned money thinking they're getting something nice.

I absolutely love my purchases from Gossby. We ordered the Custom Baby Onesie-Protected by Dog and it is so cute. And we ordered Dog Lovers Shirt - Dog Mom and the pictures were spot on! So Adorable! This is the worst company EVER! Do not bother ordering from them. They will drag their feet and give every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't shipped your item. I initially wanted to order 2 ornaments and a mug. After multiple attempts at placing my order, it would not go through! I finally cancelled the order and then re-ordered just the mug as this was initially all that I wanted. I placed that order on Dec 6th (it is a Christmas present) and here we are, Dec. 16th and it still hasn't shipped! Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother!

I ordered 3 sister mugs on 11/6/2020 and waited and waited for it to be shipped. Was in contact with them about when my order would be shipped and kept getting the same response of we are checking into it and on top of my order. I just got an email 12/26/2020 that my order has been cancelled because of a non valid shipping address. They said they sent me an email on 11/9/2020 to correct it but they didn't so they just canceled it and informed me I would receive the credit on my card within 15 working days. These were Christmas presents!

I ordered 3 personalized ornaments on 10-4-20 and was supposed to have them by November 8th. I ordered early because I thought they were cute despite some reviews I had already read. Well their customer Service was a joke. My ornaments never even shipped out until about a week ago. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS company again - oh and by the way he ornaments are not great at all. I ordered something similar from Amazon (Personalized also) - they are adorable and not as crappy quality.
The design was printed nicely but it was printed very small on the onesie. It looked like it was going to be much bigger when I was ordering online. It could have been bigger. And the onesie itself was pretty small compared to other 12mo size clothes I have, but it still fit.

When my mug arrived the image was positioned too close to the handle and the names were blurry and difficult to read. To Gossby's credit they offered to redo and replace the mug but I declined. The text font that they used for the names is cursive script and quite small and a replacement seems to just be a waste of resources as it will likely be the same. 2 stars for the product 5 stars for customer service, so 3.5 stars overall

I ordered a personalized mug which arrived damaged. During the process of arranging for a replacement, the Gossby customer service team were always very prompt with their replies and very courteous while making sure that I eventually received my mug. This is my second time ordering here and the first time it was very high quality. I really loved it, so I ordered again for a different occasion, but this time the print came blurry and the smaller details were harder to distinguish.

If you are ordering one of their own items. Hopefully you did everything right. You might be fine. However, what ever you do...DO NOT order anything that is slightly pop culture. No Zelda. No GoT. No Dragonball...because if you have a problem you CANNOT re-order it...know why? They remove those items within days and you will never see it again. Don't bother with Customer Service. You will just waste a week of your life to have them tell you exactly what you told them: The Item isn't on their site so you cannot re-order. Oh, they will give you a 20% discount (excluding shipping) only to downgrade it two days later to 15% (excluding shipping, of course). Take it from me, they WILL NOT use your previous info to reprint it either. You are just SOL. They will not help in any reasonable manner. It's all lip service for a shirt that has a neat design they could not bother centering.

Don't waste your time with customer service. If you take the chance and purchase save yourself the stress and accept any problems as a loss.

I ordered a canvas print for my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered it I believe April 28th. It was delivered on the 5th. Now I can give it to her Sunday. Great delivery time.

I received a sisters mug this past Christmas 2021 as a gift and was so in love I decided to order a mother's blanket for my mother. I placed my order on Dec 29,2021, it sd it would be delivered Jan 17,2022 which was perfectly acceptable. It came today, Jan 5th. Thats less than 7 days from order to manufacture to delivery. We decided to give gossby a chance and we ordered a mug for our Dad for Father's day. We ordered it a month in advance and didn't open it until a few days before father's day. It was suppose to be a mario mug with 3 kids names on it. When I opened the box, it was a dragon ball mug with one child's name on it. We got ahold of customer service and although they sent a new one, it did not get to us in time for father's day so our dad was ultimately without a gift. When the mug did arrive, over a week later, it was packaged in a styrofoam box with no newspaper or tissue paper holding it steady inside. I'm glad it arrived unbroken but I don't think I could order from Gossby again.
