My trip on Greyhound bus to Georgia for the Christmas break was terrible. I left ny on greyhound on Saturday Dec 21,2019. I was supposed to get on the bus at 2; 40 instead they had us standing on line until 4; 30 they couldn't find a driver and they over booked and they was waiting for another bus so we could get on. The bus was broken down bus seats are broken wont go up or down. So we finally started out we went to Jersey to let people off. The bus ended up going to jersey twice he said he forgot a passenger. The bus broke down the next bus had no heat only air condition they took us off after a while looking for another bus that bus pulls up finally and its filthy piss in finally get to Georgia where all of our connection left us some seats were not even able to sit on. It was really terrible i could have took another company for cheaper and had a more comfortable ride..

Please dont try not to go far . maybe you will have a better ride.
