I placed an order 01/18 which consisted of three sweaters (one mentioned it was a pre order) and one valentines shirt. The entire order advised me that due to the pre order it will all ship at once 01/31. February 2, I called customer service to inquire about my order which they only mentioned fell a few days behind and my order would ship on Monday February 4. February 7, I called customer service again to inquire about my order, which at that point they advised me that the t shirt (Valentine's Day gift, I placed 01/18) was now out of stock and they would exchange it for something else. Needless to say, I was pretty upset because I order the entire order almost a month ago, that shirt was a pre planned valentines gift ( now I have to scramble for another gift) and at no point did they ever consider reaching out to me to advise me if this. In my opinion this was completely irresponsible and terrible business. I will not be ordering with them ever again, I advise any person reading this to consider what you order from them, I would hate for someone else to be going through what I am experiencing now.

I have been a satisfied customer up to this point. That said in November of 23 I purchased several t-shirts and one has a faded flag on it. Obviously and oversight in the production and quality departments and it slipped through. I thought no problem they have their guarantee.
It is a bull#*!@ guarantee though. In this case they want me to purchase a return label for $10 for a $28 shirt making my total investment in the shirt $38 for their mistake? How does that work? Not to mention the red tape that will no doubt be involved.
I have purchased my last items from here. Having served in the Infantry I'll buy shirts somewhere else and het them screen printed myself!

Grunt Style wants you to pay for return shipping if the quality of their product is in the tank! Their shirts are already expensive so for me to pay for sending a shirt back only increases my cost. I AM DONE

I was a long term customer but no more. Customer services has been rapidly declining while ads proliferate. Last straw was ordering a hoodie (responded to a text) only to never receive it...and no response to my repeated emails to Customer "Service." I was finally able to get through on a call (long time on hold) only to be told (for the 1st time) that they didn't have the size I ordered and had no timeline for getting it. I was able to cancel my order. And now they are adding f-bombs to their products. BYE!

Placed an order in the beginning of December. Emailed on 2 different occasion to get an updated shipping estimate and got 0 response. Then I see the charges being refunded on my bank statement. I once again contacted support, funny how I got response almost immediately this time, which I was then informed that my order had been canceled. No effort was made to provide a solution. Things got hard and they ran away, last thing I would expect from a company that so proudly boasts it veteran heritage

Major quality difference along with poor customer service. In the photos you can see the major size difference in their medium shirts. When contacted they refuse to remedy the issue stating it is in their size range. Both shirts in the photo is men's medium layer over each other to show the difference in the sizes. I now have spent $25 for a shirt to sleep in. Strictly Shield Republic customer for now on.

We do have to allow.5" discrepancy in sizing due to manual measurement. Army Hit The Ground Running T-Shirt - Military Green is measuring where it should be for a size medium. I have purchased a plethora and now own multiple gruntstyle T-shirts. These shirts are of pretty poor & low quality. These t-shirts have been coming apart at the seams overtime, Unfortunately today, I washed a shirt that I have worn for the first time on a delicate wash cycle and when I pulled it out of the washing machine, the shirt is now separating at the seams (stitching) in 2 separate areas. I would not recommend this product due to the poor quality of your hard earned/ spent money. Looking for a new brand ie 9 line or something else but definitely not gruntstyle.Ian HIGY DISSATISFIED & Disappointed with this product.

Paid for a three month membership to get free shipping and a 10% discount on orders. Forgot to cancel before the three months was up-cool no big deal I'll keep for the next three months, but canceled right then so as to not get charged for the following three months. You HAVE TO CANCEL BEFORE Auto renewal or you will be charged again without refund-cool, so I canceled two months PRIOR to the end of my paid in full membership, and they completely shut you down right then. Even though you already paid for the full three months, no more tshirts (you already paid for), no more free shipping or discounts (also benefits already paid for) and no refund. No matter what you do they screw you. I tried to use reason, ethics, and logic with their senior customer service reps to no resolution-they do not set a good example of how proud American owned businesses should be run.

I ordered a Hoodia and shirt on November 28th. When I go to track my order it says order cannot be found. I've emailed twice and called multiple times but the phone just rings. I want to know whats going on with my order or want my money back. My dad orders from them all of the time and has never had this issue.

I ordered over a dozen products, all were in stock. I paid for expedited shipping because I was going out of town 8 day after my order. Nothing arrived and when I called, I was told that my order "slipped through the cracks". I'm not sure how they stay in business doing stuff like that.

I purchased in good faith, on the quoted delivery date even allowing for an extra few days just because… Well package is five days late and now I have to pay for shipping to have it returned to me since the person I was sending it to was only there on vacation. Bought this shirt and wore it twice and it unraveled at the bottom. It was only washed once. Called customer service and they want me to pay another $9.99 for a shipping label to ship it back to them for a refund or replacement. I have already bought a replacement hoping they would take care of the issue. Not so. Not recommended. I have bought tons of shirts from them and never had an issue. First time there is an issue they just want more money after I have already bought another one. My mistake!

Ordered several things on two separate occasions. First order I had to send back a bad fitting sweatshirt that fit like it was a factory second or reject! I'm still waiting for that refund!
I ordered again and one long sleeve shirt was about 4 inches shorter on each sleeve compared with other long sleeve I bought and wasn't as wide or long. Customer service will not return any of my emails. Do not buy from this company. I never will again.

I ordered a USAF baseball cap from this company, 6 weeks ago. I received ONE email telling me that my order was received. 6 weeks later, multiple emails about what has happened to my order, and NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We have been loyal customer for years. Just recently we purchased multiple shirts and hoodies. We noticed the newer designed shirts were really thin and fit strangely around the arms. They were all the same size. I checked the labels, the ones still made with 100% cotton are great, but the new shirts are made with a cotton "blend" and they fit terribly and you can see completely through them. We complained by email to advise them. They basically replied back stating 'we should have looked at the description when ordering the shirts because it states what materials the shirts are made of'. They didn't offer a free return label, I had to pay $11 to return the "cotton blend" shirts. It's sad they are going down on their quality to make more money. I would rather pay the extra cost to have a GREAT product. My father is an army veteran. My husband was a full-time firefighter 9 years, currently a police officer for 5 years. We supported Gruntstyle for many years, unfortunately we will no longer be purchasing from them. *** If you decide to purchase from them, make sure it's 100% cotton. Once their old supply is gone, I bet they will only have the "cotton blends" available.

I have gotten packages from overseas faster than what Grunt Style uses. And from I've seen in other reviews about the quality of their products, I can definitely see why people are super not pleased with having to pay shipping to correct Grunt Style's mistake.
