“Amazing Quality Products, Website Needs Improvement”

I love Gucci, it's one of my all time favorite brands. However, the text on the website is literally small on desktop and tablet. The mobile site is a little better. The site is easy to navigate and the product pages look great. Other than the website issues, the product line is flawless. The clothing, accessories and even the beauty line are simply amazing. Gucci is high-end so they are expensive but the quality is great. Some of their accessories are overpriced though.

Ordered two reams of the same wallpaper for a specific project and was given two different reams. Had to drive to FedEx and return one of them. They got my item on 06/05 and I called on 06/12 to check on the status. I was told they had up to 7 business days to complete an exchange. Got a refund on the last business day and no call or mention about my exchange! Had to put in another order and fingers crossed I get the right one. These people are making me run around in circles for THEIR MISTAKE! Totally incompetent.

Fail to deliver confirmed orders, as they bump you for the special customers. Then hold on to your refund for over 2 weeks. Customer service is totally useless and none existent. Pretty poor a supposed high end retailer

I purchased a Gucci crossbody online. I received my bag in great condition but the note that came with it was very disheartening and questionable! "Happy valentine to monkey" Now... one could argue that it was accidentally sent but after several attempts for Gucci to respond to emails asking for proof of the note and phone calls, there has been no response or follow up. Customer service unable to tell me if it was sent on purpose. Very disrespectful and troubling! Also... monkey isn't capitalized which leads me to believe they are calling me a monkey... not a nickname. The bag is going back TODAY!

Other than the website issues, the product line is flawless. The clothing, accessories and even the beauty line are simply amazing.

Tip for consumers:
Gucci offers PayPal checkout and Amazon Pay. Gucci also offers Affirm, which you can use for monthly payments. Just a note, Affirm is a loan lender.

Needless to say, my family and I have been customers of the esteemed brand for years and have never faced such damage, especially to a leather good item. Noticeably, this is not a damage inflicted by a customer but a natural one done due to perhaps terrible quality and make of the shoes themselves.

How can genuine leather goods tear themselves apart? Leather items especially from Gucci, LVMH & Hermes Houses are made to last a lifetime. I am not sure how to feel about this as this has more or less made me question the entirety of the Gucci name? How could the Italy office refuse to take responsibility and accountability- this reflects on poor luxury client relationship management along with disastrous quality of genuine leather items. Both Prada & LV have repaired the few times with zero questions asked.

To shortly conclude, if Gucci wants to maintain their haute couture image they should present themselves like one. Or else one might as well get shoes from a junior brand since they are going to tear away in 5 years or less anyway.

I've been purchasing from Gucci for many years for my family and myself and have never had to return anything until recent. It was a simple belt that we had purchase about 16 days prior while on vacation, but as it was out of their 14 days return period when I tried to return it they would not allow a return. You would think they would be a little bit flexible and have a bigger return window for their loyal customers. It will be while before returning to Gucci.

I did a honest review on Gucci. My sweater was 2,000 dollars it's small but I did answer there text to know the economy isn't getting better with prices for luxury clothing that is indeed affordable in my budget but I need more from labels when I forced to purchase such items it's alot of money to pay when I can earn a living in a place of residence.

I bought their shoes. I found out that us very uncomfortable and wanted to exchange it. Shawn, their customer service guy stated I CANNOT EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE I HAD TO TRY IT ON TO SEE IF IT IS COMFORTABLE! STAY AWAY FROM EXPENSIVE BRAND GUCCI THAT IS WORTHLESS! Their return and exchange policy SUCKS! They just want to suck your money.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy GUCCI brand! They are very outrageously price and THEY WON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY OF THE PRODUCTS! Even if the product is UNCOMFORTABLE AND DOES NOT FIT RIGHT! They are very unkind who just want to suck your money.

As a company they promote a culture of professionalism and respect but only for lower level employees to abide. Managers in stores are allowed to create a narrative about you and HR only listens to one side of the story. If you have a manager whom has never been psychologically evaluated. The company will side with the manager. Not listening or evaluating the other side. After reapplying the complaint over and over again. It's ok for the manager to be disrespectful, not ethical and unprofessional with evidence.

I have nothing but but bad experience with customer service!
I have bought expensive sunglasses which has manufacture defect and I had to change them in 3 days.
At the shop they told me it's will take 14 days to change, as they have to send for evaluation!
I called after 15 days asking where my glasses are, they told me something which made no sense to me!
And they told me they will
Ship immidiately!
They didn't ship immidiately and sent me email saying your glasses are with us please pass by shop and collect them!

I'm so disappointed in such a service and the manufacture defect which happened with such an expensive sunglasses!
This thing has to not happen and if they happened my
Issue had to solved immidiately!
Instead of that they took me thought super long procedure and I had bo glasses at the event for which I bought them!
Gucci is market not a luxury brand to me anymore with such a service!

Ordered a Gucci bag to ship to Canada. Stated 1-2 days for processing and 2-5 days for delivery. $40 for "express" shipping. It has been almost 4 weeks now and I STILL haven't received my item. It took them 2 weeks and 2 days just to ship the item with no explanation as to why it was delayed. I had to call five times, two times a representative promised me a refund which never processed, finally, the third time it went through. Two representatives said they would email me to follow up on my order - never heard from them again. One also provided their number and said I should only call them to be the main rep for my order, I call them - no answer, no option to leave message. Poor customer service. Now my item has been held in customs for a week, I was told that Gucci has their own broker that deals with their packages, yet somehow it's still so delayed? They have no answers at all. So horribly frustrating. They refused to let me cancel my order before it was even shipped. They just keep pulling me along, providing false information and timelines. Never buy online from them.

Gucci should be ashamed of them selves charging me all that money & then they won't repair my purse or clean my shoes, my jelly's look terrible & they don't give you instructions on cleaning them I'm calling corporate. They have a nerve 2 give you a card from a third party telling you to pay to get them cleaned…

I am very disappointed in the quality of a Gucci purse I purchased. I haven't really used it and it tore. Gucci indicated they were unable to fix it. Will not purchase anything else. Very expensive but Poot quality.

I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag.

A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27,2022.

He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me.

I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately!

My granddaughter has a green snake-skin Gucci bracelet. It didn't hold up well, and she now refuses to wear it. The insignia is tarnished gold. I am still shocked. I bought an accessory for $1000. When it arrived was defective. I immediately called them to initiate a return. They emailed me a return label and I returned it within 2 days of receiving. Weeks went by with no confirmation of receipt. I finally called to inquire and was told my case would be investigated and someone would call me back. This never happened and so I called back again. This time I'm told that although I did everything correctly and it was no fault of mine, the product had been misplaced. Was told a manager would call me back. By now I'm annoyed but still patient. No manager calls and so I call back again. This time I'm told they did not review the product and I should contact FedEx because I was the shipper. Well no, I was not the shipper - they were, they sent me the return label. That being said, I still contacted FedEx and discovered that the package was registered as dropped off but then lost in transit. Still I wasn't worried, just impatient to get my return. Well the next day, I receive an Email from Gucci client services saying they have denied my claim. Excuse me?! Not even a call?! Just literally steal $1k from me, send me a defective product, I send it back to them and FedEx loses it and they pin it on their customer?! I have never heard of anything so disgraceful and very unexpected from a company such as theirs. I have never ordered online from them before but was a regular customer in store shopping. What a joke.

I ordered an item for a Christmas on Dec 14. The order went through PayPal but as pending. I never received an order confirmation from Gucci. So I called in and they had no record of it. Was told a manager would call me. Never happened.

My husband bought me a bag on vacation and I decided to return it once we got home… I contacted customer service (Adelaide) and told her we have no stores nearby whatsoever and she says said I cannot return online and gave me zero guidance on what to do. She told me I should have read the terms and agreements. I told her the customer service was terrible and she said "that's your perception"… I'm sure it would be a lot of peoples "perception" when customer service is not willing to help/guide. When people spend decent money on bags/shoes we should be able to trust that customer service will be there to help. Do better.

Hello everyone! I want to tell my experience with Gucci. For a year I have been watching the Gucci small Marmont flap bag. Seeing this, my beautiful husband decided to give me this bag for the birthday of my eldest son (he is 10 years old) I live 3 miles from the Gucci store and always buy everything I need there, I want to notice ALWAYS THIS IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! And so back to the bag! I was about to go to the Gucci store for my long-awaited charm, when I saw on the Gucci website a wonderful gift with any purchase and this is a cotton shopping bag that is attached to ANY purchase except for ties. I loved this extra bag! Very convenient for the beach in my opinion. So I decided to buy a bag on the Gucci website. Once again, I will note that I live 3 miles from the Gucci store. And only one reason to order from the site is a cotton shopping bag! I made a purchase on Monday 04/05/2021, I received it on Friday 04/09/2021 AND IT WAS POSITIVE TO Tears. I have a video of me opening the box (I really really wanted this bag) Then I took pictures. The shipping box contained one sad magnetic little green box and an envelope with a returnable sticker. There were no protective air bags (Even my stuff from Amazon comes with air bags!) No COTTON BAG! It looked so poor! To be honest, it was a SHOCK for $ 2400! I love so much everything from Gucci! But my love at that moment gave a huge crack. I looked at the green small magnetic box and could not understand WHAT IS IT? I recently bought another Gucci belt and it is in exactly the same size green magnetic box! I thought maybe this is a mistake and this is not my bag? But no, it was the bag I ordered! Placed In the old version white "dust bag" and the bag was just pushed into a box that was too small for the bag! The bag itself was unprotected, only a little protection remained on the chain and there was paper inside. I'm 100% sure that this was a returned bag, which they did not bother to bring back to its original shape and look. They just threw the bag into the old version white dust bag, then shoved it into the box from the belt and threw it into the shipping box with an envelope on top. And this is what I wanted YEAR for $ 2400?! I hope you understand how heartbroken was I that moment! With shaking hands, I started calling the Gucci customer service. I've explained the situation to Cindy and she confirmed that it was not normal and also asked if there were any cotton shopping bags in stock. Yes! They just decided not to add it to my order! Cindy was very sweet and helped as much as she could. Here's the confirmation I received with her signature "Gucci works on your behalf to resolve your claim and will make every effort to provide a resolution as promptly as possible. Warehouse claims can take 3-7 business days from the day we receive your request. "
But after the conversation, as you understand, I was confused and waiting for the consideration of a new packaging for a bag and a cotton bag.
No time to waste, because my $2400 was spent fo the thing I didn't want to have any longer, I decided to take it all and go to my Gucci store, I wanted to solve the problem now! I even realized that if they couldn't help me in the Gucci store, I would just give it back in the store (return it). I didn't need this particular bag anymore. And so I with two children 10 and 2 years old and the shipping box went to the Costa Mesa Gucci store. At the entrance to the store, Amanda came to my aid, from that moment on I believed in Gucci again! Amanda is incredible! After listening to me, she immediately took it all and took out the bag that she opened in front of my eyes from the sealed bag, inside there was a bag with full protection and a new version of the dust bag. Then everything was packed very nicely for me in a LARGE BOX! Packed in nice paper. By the way, the new version of the packaging is just amazing. I like the old version too, but this new version is just a new level. And I left the store in a completely different mood! THANKS AGAIN Amanda! It was very easy and pleasant dealing with you! Now I am just waiting for the DECISION of my cotton bag that I still want to receive. Amanda helped me not to be disappointed in Gucci, but the online store has not considered my request, so I'm still waiting and frustrated by the online Gucci store. When the issue with the cotton bag is resolved, I will definitely update this review and let you know how everything ended up.

Update 04.15 Everything was done incredibly quickly! I have a new box and a cotton bag. THANKS TO ALL Gucci staff! Everything is perfect now!

I bought a pair of shoes
Tried them on for fit
They where small on me
So I attempted to return them
They refused to accept the return Because I tried it on
I was told when buying from there online store your are not permitted to try the shoes on
They use a microscope to look for any signs of a wrinkle
There customers service representative told me if I wanted to try it on for fit I would have to go to a store
ONCE AGAIN THE WORST RETURN POLICY

I wish I can give 0 rating. I am soooo sooo disappointed right now. They have Zero customer service and don't honour what they promise.
I will be writing an article in Calgary herald and make sure that people will stop buying this brand where they don't have any work ethics.

Ive boughten three items from the online store..yes...money well spent hahha. The store up in portland the ladies where so stuck up and think there everything. She couldnt draw on her brows right, first of all. Online is better and there more selection. The shirts are sooo soft and comfy
