Yeah, it's considered to be ordinary mass market, but still it doesn't cancel the fact their clothes and accessories are quality. Guess has gone through fire and water to become a public-lover. Still some people don't admit this brand as something cool, but for me, these guys are exquisite. And the stuff they sell too.
What a shame service with no free return option for shopping online? Considering you in purpose putting size is NOT international standard! I used to size M but according to your size measurement is S. I doubt it would not fit on me. But I just follow your stupid standard! I'm not happy and never buy online to them anymore.

I ordered and paid on 25 November 2023. Dpd lost my order, Guess said that it is stuck in a hub, and then on 11 December 2023, Guess said that the order is heading back to the warehouse. Until now, I have not received my order, not my money back. At every email I write to them, Guess is replying with a template answer that it is a busy period.

Horrible with returns. They never credit you, will say they didnt receive it, its all a big battle.

I've had winter coats from Guess before, always in the same size. This year, I ordered one in the usual size and couldn't even begin to zip it up...didn't even make it to my waist. That's when I found that Guess doesn't offer exchanges. Instead, you have to order a new one and do a return on the old one.
The second time around, I ordered a size larger than usual (still not true to the size chart, but at least zippable) and opted to have it shipped to a UPS Store, which was listed as a free shipping option. I never received a notification that it arrived at the destination, I just checked one day and found that it arrived there several days prior. When I went to the UPS Store, I had to wait for about an hour and pay $20 cash to pick it up because Guess doesn't actually have a shipping agreement with UPS, they just ship stuff there without permission. Rightfully, UPS charges a package handling fee. This is no different than if Guess shipped your package to your neighbor, expecting your neighbor to receive and store it for you. So I called Guess and was told that if I provided a receipt, I'd have the $20 refunded to me within 24 hours.
Days went by without hearing back from Guess after I provided the receipt, so I called again. That time, I was told that nobody said it would be refunded to me (i.e, I was lied to), that instead I would have the $20 automatically applied to any order I placed from Guess.com, simply by using the same email address at checkout.
I tested that by putting together an order, and no discount was applied. So I called yet again, and I was told that there's no such option for automatic discounts. Instead, a loyalty account was created for me, which explains why I suddenly started receiving Guess marketing emails without my permission.
At that point, I told Guess to go $#*! off and keep my $20, that I hope it was worth it to lose my business and have me badmouth them whenever the opportunity arises. They lie over and over again, they claim to provide free shipping that's no actually free, and when they screw up, they try to make up for it by forcing you to spend more money with them.

Never have I worked for a worse company. So disorganised & unprofessional! I worked at Moorabbin Dfo Melbourne. I had the worst regional & state manager. They treat there employees terribly and do not pay your bonuses that you are entitled to! After my experience working with them I will never shop here again! A good brand being destroyed by the bad choice of management!

I wanted to return some clothes as the sizes were not consistent. Return labels were not included in my packages, even if the website explicitly says return labels should be. Did not receive return labels via email either, so I can't return my order even if I want to - expensive mistake buying from this store. Wasted so much time trying to get a label and when I finally got through to a customer service staff, he was unapologetic, unprofessional, and rude. Bad experience all round. Would not recommend buying anything from them.

I never received my item. I ordered the silvana tweed mini tote on december 9,2022 it is now january 3 and i still never received it. When i contacted them they told me to contact my bank and file a dispute. When i did that they ended up declining my bank dispute. And doesn't want to give me a refund.

You are lied to and treated with complete disrespect. Don't bother complaining to Management as the treatment escalates to a different level where they raise their voice and insult you.
I have quite a bad eye vision, so I decided to apply for services to the specialists and he prescribed me wearing glasses with lens from Guess. The frame actually is also from this brand, but I'm writing to express my emotions, cuz I had no idea these guys also produce glasses for making your eye vision better.

I have placed an order at guess Europe website on past 18/2/2022 and so far on 1/4/2022 neither have received the bulk with sneakers neither was refunded. I have made several contacts and it has been over a week since they sent an email referring that I would be refunded. The costumer's service lacks professionalism and I do not advise to place any orders through them.

Ordered a gold clutch and was sent the wrong item. Took a 30min phone call to get a return label - they kept sending me emails with no return labels or links as well as sending me another customers return label. Terrible company will not order or buy anything from Guess again
Terrible customer service! Returned a pair of shoes over two months ago, have proof of delivery from the courier and still waiting for my refund. After many emails to them I got a reply to say they lost the package in their warehouse and were investigating it. The inefficiencies of their warehouses is not the customers fault!

I bought many items from the online Guess store and the dates kept changing and one of the parcels were now scheduled to arrive after my international flight home, you think I could get any assistance or replies from them? NOPE, NONE….
I rang & it RANG OUT dozens of times,
I emailed 4 times NOT ONE REPLY
And I even tried to go on live chat and they ABRUPTLY ENDED/DISCONNECTED it twice after I waited ages to finally be connected to an agent!
Absolutely disgusting assistance for any online shopping enquires/issues that actually require them to do their jobs by resolving issues…
Now because they change the dates to suit themselves after you pay express; I now have $220USD parcel coming to the holiday rental property after I fly out; that too is also full of gifts for family members from our holiday that they now aren't getting.
I'm appalled to say the least, never buying Guess branding again & I bought them very often.
Conclusion: If it doesn't involve putting money in their pockets, they are not interested in assisting customers….

Their bags are awesome! Oh, I ain't buy my own the bag, but I gifted to my wife and she was stunned and pleasantly surprised.
I actually don't know about the existence of other companies which sell such quality bags made out of differetn durable materials. Remember the handbag my wife wearing, she was using it for 5 years straight and she was delighted.
I received my new purse, that I purchased online, with terrible scratches all on the metal piece and a sticky/gross stain on the purse. Clearly damaged but still decided to send it to me anyways. I will for sure never shop here again. And judging from the reviews I have read about Guess I wouldn't suggest anyone else does either. It is very obviously a used purse that they decided to resend out. The other purse I received was wrapped and had protective pieces on the straps and metal pieces. The damaged one did not.

Poor customer service!
AND then this BAD quality! My GUESS watch-strap is falling apart!
I only used the watch for 3 days (4-6 hours).
The rest of the time i had it in a GLASS DISPLAY CASE.
And now the plast parts on the watch strap, all breaking up!

The purse from TJ Maxx that was guess Brand. After less than two weeks the lining ripped out and it was useless. I contacted and they replied. Unfortunately customer service will not do anything at all to help you. No, I did not take it back to t. J. Maxx because I did not have the tags still because I expected it to last for more than two weeks. That's why I contactedcustomer service at guess. They were totally useless I sent them pictures which they asked for and they still did nothing to help me whatsoever. They seem to think it is t. J. Maxx's responsibility to take care of this. However guess is plainly stamped all over this purse. It is their responsibility! There is selfish company and they also make inferior low quality products which they don't stand behind. Do not buy from them
