My range worked for a couple months but soon stopped igniting. I spent months of proving that it should be working and having independent third party technicians come and agree yet Hallman simply said they won't do anything about the issue. These ranges are overpriced and unreliable

48" Range/Oven
After a year my oven that I thought needed wiped down was actually peeling paint. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they refuse to respond when I ask for my safety data sheet. I just want a response and someone to work with me.

Honestly don't know how they are in business - it looks good, but is hands down the worst stove I have ever had, and I have had many stoves in my life, from college on. The burners cook too hot and are hard to control, the super burner ignitor is erratic, the stainless griddle takes too long to heat up, is a pain to keep clean, and should be cast iron or non stick. I have barely used the oven because I don't trust this stove and dislike it so much. Customer service is a joke.

I bought hallman stove 3 years ago since i have issue sine i have it i call up the company they swatch me to warranty company they came after 6 month the fix the problem month later igniter break down again
Its carp stove i wont advice any body to pay any money for that garbage
The range hood we bought was supposed to be convertible, to blow air out either from the top or the back. When it got here it was set up to only blow air from the top, we need the back. The whole piece is riveted instead of screwed in, not at all like in the paperwork, so we do not see how we can change it easily.
First we tried to return it - they said it was custom (it isn't) and refused. We said fine, then please arrange the problem so we can use the hood (for which we paid 1000$+). At first they said they would, but now have said they have no one that can help and have washed their hands of us.
Customer service by the owner "Bill" is horrible this guy will bull$#*! with the best of them so do yourself a favor and run far from this site.
