I bought the product they shipped the product with tracking I received the product in new condition that's the way online sales should be...simple

Shopped all over for a pocket door pull. Hardwareandtools.com had a perfect match for one I have in another door, at a good price.

The item wasn't hard to find, the price was reasonable (or so I thought). It wasn't late but it certainly could have come in a more timely manner. My biggest issue: the product I ordered is a complete piece of trash. It is a joke, I can't believe I paid over $20 for a cheap paper 'trap' with a FAKE 'pheromone' thingy that does NOTHING. This product guarantees that it will work, so how do I get my money back? This may be the worst purchase I have made online.

I was looking for a specific type of part and there were questions about the online picture and description versus the actual product, since manufacturers change designs often. Customer service went out of there way to make sure the part and description matched and since it didn't they immediately credited my card. Super company!

I ordered 4 cases of canning jars I could not find anywhere else. I called the company to ask if they had them in stock, they returned that call and told me they had over 70 cases. Which was good because I had placed my order an hour prior. Today they canceled my order stating that;
We are sorry but we have cancelled your HardwareAndTools.com order due to either unexpectedly high demand or a supplier's inability to replenish goods on their normal schedule. We delayed notifying you since the Product(s) appeared to be available when your order was placed. We have attempted to order them from alternate suppliers, but despite their commitments, have been unable to source them.

Wonder if they will be relisting them at a high price point in a few days. Or did they have them at all and lied? Either way not a company to be trusted.

Hardware&tools.com employee Missy is the pertinent reason of why I purchased an item from their website. This employee demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, astuteness for detail in the needs of I as their customer. And was knowledgeable to resolve any questions I had regarding my purchase specifications. I would strongly suggest that her employer recognize the value, worth skills and knowledge of the explicit employee named... Missy.

I contacted the company via phone to confirm that there were 2 pieces in the package. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and was able to confirm my question.
The package was sent out the same day.

I was able to find the brackets I needed and pay the way I wanted. If I ever need to find hard to locate parts will look at Hardware and Tools. Fast delivery.

I needed these specific stainless Stanley hinges, and finally found them on your website after an extensive search of multiple other sources. I was about to give up... So thanks for being there!

The roller did the job, although I had to shorten the stem, since I ordered the incorrect, but longer, size. The garage door now rises and lowers as it should without getting hung-up.

Their prices looked good, and their freight charges were free over $49.00, so I decided to give them a try. Ordered 3 items first, and several days later, I found myself calling them to see why these so called "Rapid Ship" items had not been shipped out. They said, "our warehouse is awaiting the items." More time went by and I became fed up with them. I cancelled my original order and also cancelled another order that I had placed with 5 items on it, which they also could got get into a box to be mailed. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Mansfield toilet replacement was just what I needed. Hard to find parts since toilets are original from house built in 1984. Everything was good that I ordered!

I bought this trailer for my son's 5th birthday. He pulled it behind his go cart to carry rocks, sticks, etc (boy stuff). He is turning 30 years old in a few days and just bought a new home. He asked for the same birthday present. He did the research and found it on this website. Did I buy it for him again? Of course, I did! It brings me so much happiness to see him pulling it behind his Kubota lawn tractor now. Great memories.
