There is a good video on how to use the tool that makes everything clear. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and after about 15 days of constant posting I am seeing great results from the hashtags.

Signed up and the free 3 day trial worked. Then no service whatsoever. Sales rep disappeared and customer service was no existent. Cancelled and cannot recommend.
