I got all kinds of paper and Cat never come up with a direct price one day is one price the next day's another price when you try to talk to him they started raising prices and fit in where your money is they do not care about you as a customer they just want your money and send you at the door do you ever go back they don't know exactly who you are and what are you talkin about

I bought leather sofas from this store which started sagging in less than a month. The description on the website is a lie: "high quality and sharp look for years to go". Mine doesn't last for more than a month! Their warranty is another lie and they don't take responsibility. They also don't reveal the technician report (the technician mentioned sagging is a manufactured problem). Be aware of Haynes Credit card too because they only take Haynes's side without reading your claim. The fake store has no confidence in its product to make the customer happy. I bought a lot of other furniture from Macy's.

On March 18 2021 my husband and I purchased a sectional sofa from Haynes Furniture Store on Hull St Richmond Va. After a few months, I noticed that the fabric covering was starting to look really worn. Now the fabric has completely split. This has not even been with excessive use. It is my self and husband our children are grown. The Haynes company sent out someone to inspect the fabric and they are now saying that they will not cover the failed fabric and the extended warranty we purchased will have to cover it. The extended warranty company is a JOKE and refuses to cover it. We paid $2,300 for a sofa that has not lasted 17 months. I am LIVID!

No one wants to take ownership. Bought top of the line leather suit, had issues, bought warranty and after a year with same issue i told them i am done with replacing parts. They said it's haynes issue. Haynes is saying its past the 1yr mark not their issue. Will never do business with them. Lost a longtime loyal customer.

I will NEVER buy ANY product nor do business with this company ever again! The Newport News, Va store screwed up my purchase order and caused my family to be inconvenienced twice, wasting our time, days, and money. I would recommend that you buy your furniture elsewhere!

False advertisement of furniture material. Leather is vinyl advertised and sold as leather being leather. Customer service at Haynes and sales associates and management at the Dump did not know the material was vinyl being sold as leather on a Ashbury Dove Learher sofa/loveseat. The love seat was delivered with poor color match and Defects in the arms and side panel. The soda middle cushions were stretched and loose when deliver before it was even sat on. Very poor quality being sold as leather l. Quite disappointed in the custom services attempting to tell me it was a rare item being sold at the Dump and no reviews on the items because it was a rare item I purchased.

Horrible! My mom bought furniture August 18th told a rough estimated delivery of 2 months (Oct 12). It's now been 7 months and no furniture. She was going to have it in time for Halloween, then she's going to have it in time for Thanksgiving, then Christmas then New year's... Now they are still featuring the furniture on the floor and telling people it'll be a rough estimated delivery time of mid June. They know full well they absolutely are not going to receive the furniture by mid-june. They tell you that it's because the date the manufacturer gives them but they could use their common sense and know that it's not going to be there in time. They absolutely lie and tell you they will call you with an updated delivery. Never received a phone call. I have spent hours on hold, told somebody will call me back, told someone will get in touch with me shortly. Worst customer service ever. I can understand how they would continue to sell a furniture, they even told us they have 28 orders of that furniture set pending delivery and you have to pay in advance. Money-hungry liars who absolutely don't care if you ever get your furniture as long as they get their commission.

I ordered furniture from Haynes on November 15th. The furniture was to be delivered to my house white glove and I paid a $699 delivery fee. Haynes Furniture sent me a document via text and it was attached under my order that the furniture was picked up and moved closer to my residence and delivery was estimated 11/23. Well 15 days after 11/23 Haynes is saying they can't contact the carrier and I have to wait until I hear from them. I have tried 3 days in a row to work with their customer service but they will not contact the carrier. A manager will not talk or communicate with me and service responds 24 hours later. I have no clue where my furniture is or if it will ever be delivered. Do not buy from this company! Update on 12/10 and you can't make this stuff up. I started leaving honest but bad reviews for Haynes on afternoon of 12/8. Mysteriously, that same evening after leaving bad reviews my cell phone rings at 7 pm and it's a Chicago number. I answer and it's a guy named Ricky who claims to be the carrier with kids running around in the background. Ricky says he has some of my furniture. Ricky offers to do a partial delivery. I ask what pieces of furniture do you have and where is the furniture located? He does not know where furniture is at present or what pieces they have to deliver. I then ask when can you deliver what you have? Ricky says he needs to work that out but will call me back later this afternoon. Well it's now 2 days later and I never heard back from Ricky. I doubt Ricky was actually working for the carrier that had my furniture. Are these the type of misleading store tactics Haynes Furniture deploys? Needless to say, I'm frustrated and highly recommend you do not purchase from Haynes Furniture. Update 12/14/22 Haynes Furniture reached out via text and offered a $349 credit. I texted back that I was appreciative but would rather have my furniture. The person responded OK I'll get right back to you with an update on delivery. As of today 3-days after that exchange I have heard nothing from Haynes. Today is 21 days past the estimated delivery date and not a single update from Haynes. Don't buy from Haynes Furniture! 12/15 update - no word from Haynes Furniture. I have filed a complaint with BBB. They will reach out and try to obtain a response. Never experienced customer service this bad. Just want a full refund at this point. 12/17 update - I was contacted by customer service via text message and they are processing a refund on the furniture. I asked why I am not receiving $699 delivery fee refund since there never was a delivery. Customer service said they will inquire and be back in touch. I will update once final refund amount has been processed. For what it is worth, the person who is reaching out to me from Haynes seems to be understanding of situation and able to assist. Refreshing!

Tip for consumers:
Read reviews prior to purchasing from Haynes Furniture. They obviously don’t care after the sale. Their customer service is horrible and you cannot escalate an issue. I was told management does not have time nor will they speak with me. 21 days past estimate delivery date and Haynes will not provide an update! Do not buy from Haynes Furniture!

I purchased a leather sectional from haynes in 2017. It started peeling. I called haynes and they claimed my contract did not cover bonded leather and it would not be replaced. Never once did the salesman tell us that it was bonded leather. He told us if it gets damaged they will try to repair it and if it couldn't be repaired they would replace it, they did neither one. The sectional was marked down from four thousand dollars to seventeen hundred. As fast as it wore out I'm beginning to wonder if it wasn't the floor model we were given. I have never had furniture to wear out that fast. We are so disappointed in Haynes for not standing behind their product. I will never purchase from Haynes ever again. Could never get the status of our which was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd and was a no show. Finally cancelled the order after holding on the phone for 15 minute for a human. Don't do any business with!

I would not recommend Haynes furniture at all customer service sucks delivery is horrible and they give you excuses over and over again why they cant do something or correct a problem they created i been waiting on a 200.00 credit on my account for 6 months i have yet to see anything my credit was promised to me for a lack of there messyness drawer in dresser didnt close and techician couldnt fix it and i had to take another day off work so they said will give me a additional 200.00 to compenstate me a lie seen nothing still asking for the credit still nothing i wont ever shop there again! Not worth the trouble! Frustrated!

My Dad purchased a LEATHER NATUZZI SECTIONAL SOFA. A few weeks after purchase the "Leather" started peeling and flaking off, and the seams started coming apart. My Sister contacted Haynes; their Customer Service said, oh it must not be Leather. Yes. It's Leather. The paperwork says LEATHER NATUZZI SECTIONAL SOFA. Haynes Furniture Company would not stand behind their product. They would not repair, replace, or refund their awful product. Natuzzi Furniture Company would not stand behind their product. They would not repair, replace, or refund their awful product. HAYNES FURNITURE COMPANY AND NATUZZI FURNITURE COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Haynes Furniture Company did not stand behind a product they sold. Natuzzi Furniture Company did not stand behind a product that they produce. My 90 years young Dad paid a premium price for a Leather Natuzzi Sectional Sofa. What he got was garbage. Not only do you sell a product of poor quality, you don't stand behind that product or provide ANY Customer Service! AND, the company you purchase from doesn't stand behind their poor quality and workmanship. You sell poor quality products with lousy workmanship and your customer service is awful. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAYNES FURNITURE COMPANY OR NATUZZI FURNITURE COMPANY!

I purchased a special ordering sofa. After several issues with delivery dates I received the sofa 1 week later after sitting on it. This is what I'm stuck with and out of 1199.00 Do not I repeat do not buy from them. Shamika in Customer Care does not have professional Customer Skills. Disappointed Customer

We purchased two couches from Haynes in Newport News. Waited almost two months to get them. We finally get them home, and one of the couches has two holes in the fabric with a nail getting ready to poke through the fabric. My husband called them. And as we thought, it's our fault. The couches were wrapped in plastic, but somehow the defects are our fault. And of course they said it's ok that we claim it on our warranty we purchased! This is crap! And we will never purchase any piece of furniture from this company ever again!

We purchased a mattress set witth a remote which was delivered on Oct. 16th. The delivery men discovered the remote did not work to raise and lower the bed. They told us we would receive a call in the next two days and a technician would be sent out to repair it and if it could not be repaired it would be replaced. After not hearing from them for a few days, we began calling. We called customer service several times only to get the answering machine. We left several messages and did not hear from anyone. Finally i went online and registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, shortly thereafter i received a call from haynes and the very next day, a technician came out and repaired it. I will not be doing business with them again as they do not value their customers..
