Excellent selection, lowest prices I could find anywhere on heart rate monitors; outstanding Customer service, with speedy shipping with tracking. Was very happy they were willing to ship to overseas address and did so within a couple hours of my ordering.

I bought the refurbished unit form HeartRateMonitor USA, and am very pleased with the purchase. The unit itself was indistinguishable from new, and works great so far. The transaction went very smoothly, and delivery was quick. Overall very happy. Thanks.

I purchased the polar m430 from this company for $160. I purchased selected this watch in black but received it in white. No worries right? Wrong! I called customer service and was met with an angry, combative, hostile Jennifer who insisted on arguing with me instead of any resolve. I insisted on speaking with someone willing to resolve the matter. I was told by Jennifer I couldn't speak with anyone else right before she hung up on me. This behavior is atrocious! I am immensely disappointed and disturbed by the level of disrespect and hostility I received as a customer. I urge you to think twice before doing business with this caliber of company. Being a small owned business doesn't give you the right to treat your customers as nasty as you do. Shame on you. I will be returning their product for a full refund.

I received a response from one of the owners Craig who offered a long excuse and defense for his employee's behavior. I wasn't expecting anything less than this response as I too had done further research and learned that this is his typical response.

For real honest feedback ratings from customers that have actually purchased from us, Check our Amazon Store ratings 96% positive, Ebay Store Ratings 98% positive, and Google Trusted Stores Reviews 4.5/5 Star Rating or even Bizrate.com.

This is his response to all negative responses. I've also learned that I'm not the first to complain about customer service being rude. Again, BEWARE of doing business with this caliber of company.

Ordered a Garmin watch and got the best pricing available on a genuine Garmin watch that works great.

I have now bought two monitors from this site. The first was very basic and the price was super so I thought I would try it and I wasn't sorry. They have great prices on the Polar brand which I highly recommend. I use them at least three times every week and they are holding up, plus I am really pleased with the speed of delivery and the price I got.

3rs one and can't hold its charge longer than a day! Waste of money! Fitbit should be called $#*!bit.

I have ordered an iPhone compatible wrist sensor as a gift for my brother. The order, shipping (even right before christmas) and the product itself, everything was flawless and OK. No cons at all.
