I have been using Dr. Schulze's products for the last 30 years and have always found his products to be consistent and of high quality. My family and I will continue to use his trusted products and commend him on all of his efforts in creating these fabulous formulas as well introducing us to the wonderful world of herbs.

I have done his colon cleanse and WOW! I physically felt like a brand-new person. My ailment went away. Every product is fantastic and those are the ONLY products I take. I do not bother to try anything else from a drug store - no need.

Unfortunately, the continued promise of delivery to door three days from ordering is NEVER kept. Now, his 2020 promise is guaranteed two day delivery! Lol! I called them last year because I didn't have my product in ten days... no discount, no apology, no whoops, just a confirmation it was on its way!
As you can see by the pic, it's been 4 days, and it's still pending! Even taking into account New Years... it still should have arrived today... maybe by the 10th!

I've been an avid follower of Dr. Schulze for over 20 years.
But he's changed his superfood ingredients -or at least the order of them. The first ingredient now used to be the last. The 3 algaes used to be first on the list - now they are scattered throughout. It's not the same. Doesn't taste the same(yeasty) doesn't work the same as a result I don't feel the same. Just feel cheated by impersonal big biz corporation. (Doesn't come in glass jar anymore either)
The old schulze I believe in.
The new...? Not so much.

Be careful signing up for the subscription. You only get a10% discount but will have to pay for shipping, which ends up being more expensive than just ordering when you need the product(s) again next. You'll also be billed before receiving a reminder, and if you attempt to cancel or postpone that month's order they'll charge you anyway.

You could always call customer service multiple times, but they'll just promise you they'll refund it / cancel the shipment / get back to you (looking at you Spencer and Carlos), but don't rely on that either.

Dr. Schulze's / American Botanical is a predatory subscription service with non existent customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.

Oh my gosh! I'm SUPER excited about Dr Schulze's Miracle Cream! I saw a difference after the first use and even though it's only been three days, I just had to write a praising review!

Our family has used these products thru three generations. We have never had an issue with quality or with shipments and customer service, but always been treated kindly on the phone and in the store. If anyone is in need of any of these products, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Schulze recently gave a shocking interview regarding COVID-19, stating "it's just another flu". And he said: "I DO NOT believe in the Coronavirus death number". Disgraceful statements. With over 100,000 deaths and counting, I have absolutely no faith in any product Dr. Schulze has to sell. I was a customer for over 15 years, but the blinders have been removed and I will shop elsewhere as will other friends.

22 years ago my ex husband should have died. I'm sure this program and lifestyle, saved his life. I've been on his products for 22 years and have had both my children on them ( with life style) my 28 year old and my 11 year old, have only been to the doctors for check ups, never for illness!

I ordered the incurables program. I'm 80 years old, and after two weeks on the program, waking up six or seven times in the night to urinate, I was so weak I couldn't function. I asked for a refund on the unopened items, and was refused. I emailed and wrote a letter again requesting a refund on unopened products. Did not receive even a response. I am very disappointed in Dr. Schulze.

I love their products and have recommended to many friends. Unfortunately, I am having issues with ordering and receiving the products every single time. They have put my money on hold 3 times for the same purchase of almost 1000$ without even sending the products. After contacting Customer Services and sharing the screenshots of the bank statements they only replied that they are not holding my money and that I didn't confirm order and accepted shipping charges. I had to waste my time to send them screenshot which shows that I did confirm and call bank many times and check how I can solve this as they put on hold all my money for monthly expenses which I explained to Dr. Schulz team too. Long story short, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, MAKING UNACCEPTABLE MISTAKES AND DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO INVESTIGATE WHERE PROBLEM IS COMING FROM AND TRY TO CORRECT IT! I wanted to order products, but I just ended up with headache because of their unprofessionalism! I do not have even to mention that this is going on for one month already and that they reply to every 3th email!

I have no words to thank Out Creator Elohim for Dr. Schulze. I had a terrible cough that made me so miserable as a results of taking a blood pressure medication. I went to my doctor multiple times, no tests, x rays left to be done and could not breath. I would vomit every time I had a cough spell every 15 min. I went to an allergist and was heading to be put on multiple medications by ENT and pulmonologist. Doctors did not what to do with me. Last resource would be a bronchoscopy. One time I had to go back to the state where I used to live and happened to visit a friend who heard/saw me coughing my guts out and gave a shot of the Shot product for immunity, and I bought a bottle as my last resource, and in 5 days my cough stopped. After that I was able to sleep, eat, breath, and work. No need to return to doctors. I am overweight too, and know that my over weight induces asthma, coughing, and when it gets bad, I buy another bottle and in 3 days of so, cough is gone and no need to even use my inhaler. I've been ordering products from this company for over 15 years. Their service has consistently been deteriorating, my last order was charged to an account that I had deleted and replaced. I called customer service and mention it was a computer glitch and would not be able to do a thing for me. Apparently, the manger that the customer rep had put me on hold to speak to, had a spontaneous meeting and did not have the time to get on the phone and speak to me. They seem to think their the only natural product company that exist, well their not and I will be spending my money elsewhere and suggest all you do the same.

Dr. Schulze manufactures herbal formulas, among a variety of other health supplements. He has some formulations that really work so well, and you can't find anything that works better anywhere else! One such formula is Intestinal Formula #1, which I use every night to prevent constipation. I'm on some medications that are notorious for making people constipated, but with regular use of Intestinal Formula #1, I avoid that nasty situation. My husband has used his Prostate Formula for many, many years. My husband had used other prostate supplements in the past, but when he started Dr. Schulze's, he never used anything else again. His nightly trips to the bathroom have vastly decreased. A third product is the health food bars. These are REAL health food bars-they have completely natural ingredients, and they don't look or taste like the bars that are full of sugar and calories. In addition, they give me hours of energy. I've been buying products from Dr Schulze, the Herbdoc since my Chiropractor told me about him 18 years ago. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give a zero on the bowel shot I would. I was quite backed up and ordered this product because it said it worked without chemicals. I took one and it didn't work. I was quite backed up so took one the next day but it didn't work. I took the 3rd one the next day as I'm sure it took more to get out what I had going on. It still didn't work. Someone suggested something else and I tried that and voila, it worked. This product sucked. I called about their money back guarantee. I was told by the first one I could get a refund if I mailed it back. Covid is rampant here and I wasn't going out. Asked if I could send photos. She gave me the email and said she would call back to see if that was ok. Never heard back. That Monday I emailed photos of the box and bottles turned upside down without lids to show it was used. Never heard back. 4 days later I called again. I was told I wouldn't get a refund because I used it all. Wait. If I only used one I would get a refund but because I kept trying because I was so backed up that maybe it took more then I don't get a refund. That's right. So your product didn't work after taking all 3 and now I don't get a refund? Nope. Does it say that on your website? No, but that is our policy. Buyer beware. Just glad I didn't spend another $10 to ship the empty bottles back by the first rep just to get told this. $37 plus shipping down the drain.

I'm still waiting for a package (according to the track number) was 4 days in Marina del Rey in California,
I call customer service and they told me (rude and unfriendly)it was the USPS fault!
They charge for shipping and now this!
Products are good but I never order again from your internet site!
