He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me choose some additional accessories. I would definitely recommend Hifisoundconnection if you're looking to upgrade your car audio system.

He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me choose some additional accessories. I know that particular part is scarce, so upon seeing it online, I ordered it. Part description was misrepresented(falsified), stated it was an OEM part but as listed on invoice and box as Universal. Bait and switch. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Recently, I called to ask about some new speakers, and Albert was really helpful in explaining all the different options. I ended up buying a set, and they sound amazing. I paid 39.99 for this trunk unit 6 cd player. I was told that I could return it at my own expense. DelnumberAfter reciept they would review it and make a decision wether i would get a refund or not. They wanted the model number of my car radio. I've had the car 22 years and have never had it out and i'm not taking it out now. The player said all of my cds were bad.I don't know how to do pictures. But I'll try.order number*******

I was a bit unsure about ordering from Hifisoundconnection, but I'm really glad I did. The customer service was fantastic, and my order arrived really quickly and in perfect condition. Ordered 2 sets of 6x9 boxes, I only received 1 pr, called customer service. They sent the either pr, and only received one 6x9 box. So i called customer service again and they sent out the either still waiting. Customer service was great they took care of it each. I will buy from hifi again.

I was very nervous once I placed my order (Paiste cymbal) based on the reviews I read afterwards. The ordering process and shipment went great. The agent even checked physical inventory for me. The product was perfect for a great price i. Just 2 days. Feel like I'm reading about another company in these reviews. I would not hesitate to place another order with HiFiSoundConnection.

Absolute scam, stay away. There have 0 product on hand and will charge your account upon purchase and not deliver. Good luck, call them and speaking to someone as they will not return emails or phone calls. Funny how the sales rep., customer service rep., service tech rep., and secretary all sound like the same person with 4 different extensions?

Bought a subwoofer and box for my ram 1500. It was exactly what was advertised and at a great price. I would buy from this company again. The only thing i wish is that they would confirm my purchase. Shipping was 2 days and it arrived in 2 days. The only reason i give 3 stars to service is because i called and after 18 minutes i hung up.

Ordered 12 inch subwoofers in the box that was scratched up one corner of the box was completely gone and a amplifier and wire kit. The amp and wire kit was not in the box it's been over a month an still haven't received my items. Customer services sucks the whole place sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY everything about them is a SCAM they will charge your card and want give you a refund for the missing items. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke

Customer service and return policy is a disappointment. I bought new speakers and the appropriate adapter kit for my car. The adapter kit was completely wrong, and when I pointed this out to HiFi Sound, they told me their paperwork said it would fit. I gave them photographs as proof that both pieces of the adapter kit were wrong - the electrical connector was wrong and the adapter didn't fit their speaker. They don't care.

The return policy is a nightmare! They are charging 20% plus shipping because of their issue!

Called their customer service line to inquire about a guitar they had up for sale. Customer service rep couldn't give any information on the guitar and after complaining to me the entire time about how hard it would be for them to get any information on it due to the warehouse being "2 blocks away" hung up the phone. Called back hoping to get someone who was able to better assist and was hung up on again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Got wiring harness for this car to put an aftermarket stereo in with Bluetooth in and it couldn't of been any easier. Will recommend Hifisound to anyone that needs connections

I ordered a set of 10 inch Rockfords installed in a sub box to fit my TJ. UPS dropped the ball by delivering it with a small gash in the sub box. I knew it had happened during delivery, because the box it was delivered in had the same marking of a hole where the sub box was damaged. (Not HiFi's Fault). Got the box installed hook up the amp and tuned it in. All I can say is WOW. This setup makes all the difference in the world to the sound and feel of my music in the TJ. These guys delivered exactly what I was expecting and some. I will definitely be dealing with these guys again and would recommend then to anyone. Seems like these folks has pretty good reviews on Amazon too. Big Shout Out To HiFiSound Connection... Thanks, You Guys Did Great!

I Received My Kicker 12 Subwoofers In A Box And They Were Smoking Once Installed. When You I Contacted Them To Return The Item, They Sent Me The Same Ones Back. I Had To Send To Kicker Tech Support To Get New Ones. When I Sent To Kicker Tech Support, I Had To Pay Out Of Pocket To Ship Them There. The Customer Service Is Horrible. This Place Is Whack. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THEM! Its A Ripoff!

If you are mad bc you ordered the wrong size speakers then write a bad review on your self for being lazy. Do your homework. I got a better product refurbished and also the newest 1800. 1 kicker cxa 1 ohm stable. That's what I like! So when your ordering door speakers and expect to significantly Enhance your system on the cheap, open your wallet and reach a little deeper. Good components (Mids and highs) require kits sold separately. I'm about 3 grand down via crew cab. 2 L7 - 12 inch, Kicker 1800. 1 / alpine head unit and T speck Wires/caps/AGM 65 batt) that cost more than your whole system. BUY HERE AND KNOW WHAT YOU NEED. Rule of thumb online always know the exact model you need or google it first. Thanks guys and for us that know this place rocks the kicker world

This company is a complete sham. I ordered 2 sets of speakers and they only shipped one set. I spent DAYS emailing back and forth, sending pictures of the shipping package (with a ruler in the photo to prove the size of the package could not have contained 2 sets) and STILL they claimed both sets were in the package. They ignored all my requests to either refund my money or ship the second set of speakers. I lost a ton of money. No matter how good you think the deal is, don't risk it.

I looked online for factory-style replacement speaker for an easy swap-out on my 98 Ford pickup. I found HiFi Sound Connection, purchased 4 speakers with factory adapters at a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied.

I made the mistake of buying the wrong sub box for my truck, that was on me that was my fault. I quickly sent them an email stating I would like to cancel my order. They replied saying my order has been canceled and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund to get back to my account. Later that day I received another email stating that my order has been shipped. I then replied back to the email I originally sent them for canceling the order and told them that the order has been shipped after I had already canceled my order. They later refunded me after charging me $18 for an interception fee the cost of the item, but not shipping which was somewhere around $90 to $100. I highly recommend staying away from HiFi Sound connections. Absolute scammers. They have no problem taking your money.

I ordered a stereo kit for my vehicle, they sent me what "I ordered" however there was a hiccup. My vehicle comes with 2 different types of harness. Well I called customer service and you know what! They are sending me the right harness. I didn't have to threaten or be rude or even defensive. My representative was polite and glad to help make things right. I would refer them to anyone and would definitely do business with them again. Thank you hifi sound

Took 2 weeks to arrive and only received one out of the two side brackets. (BTW the side brackets are just flimsy pieces of plastic... and i only got one!)
I called Hifi Sound Connection directly and was told that i needed to take a picture of my items with invoice and email it to them!
While on the phone i did that, and was told that i was in an email queue and they'll get back to me.
"What was the purpose of the picture," I asked?
He only said, "it was part of the process."
I said this doesn't make any sense, like you can't take my word for it that i only received one bracket?
What's to stop someone from just removing one bracket and taking a picture?
Or what if i just took a picture of a bag of lint and say that's what you sent me?
"its part of the process. If you don't like it you can return it"
Un-freaking-believable. I will stay FAR away from hifi sound connection

I Bought 2 12" Rockford Fosgate R1S412 from Hifisoundconnection. Now, when I bought them and the money had been sent through, ect. I didn't look for reviews on the website, I just bought them. A couple days after buying them, and no email, I did get a little skeptical so I called them to get an update. It was super nice to talk to an American that I don't have to have a translator sitting next to me to talk to. They told me an update on the item and also resent an email which I received the second time. After that, I looked for reviews on the site... well every site has them at 1 star for some reason. I read a lot about product not being what it should or not working or being in a fight trying to get their money back. Now I can't speak about getting money back because I won't be needing it.

What I got In the mail from them was quality items that work as should. I have ZERO issues. I'm a normal person, not paid to make a good/$#*!ty review. The subwoofer box was perfectly wrapped, the box it was delivered in was decent. Overall, I had a great experience with this company. If you've bought from them, give them a chance. I don't think you'll regret it. I took a chance and I'm happy I did.

All of these reviews almost made me want to back-charge before getting my item but I chose to wait it out. These reviews I don't feel are justified
