Highster mobile Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. I chose Highster Mobile because of its advanced and promising features. The screen time limit feature, for instance, helps me better control my child's phone use and protect him from its negative effects.

I don't expect much on customer service for these types of services. Highster Mobile has surprisingly great Customer Support that their competitors could stand to learn.

Highster is one of the coolest software programs ever developed! I am a software developer myself and I kind of know what makes an app or software good and bad. When I heard about this thing called cell phone spy software, I instantly felt I had to try it to see if it really works. I actually had no reason to spy on anybodys cell phone, so I thought I could install it on my own mobile phone instead.
I was amazed at how easily I was able to install it on my iPhone 6, though I had to jailbreak my iPhone first. It made breaching my iPhone all worth it, though. It took me just around 20 minutes to complete the installation process, probably because I am a techie myself. The software came with an easy-to-follow instruction, so Im pretty sure that even an ordinary individual wont have troubles downloading and installing Highster on their target device. Great job Highster!

This company goes by MANY different names but does nothing of what it says! They stole from me and are refusing to refund although they keep SAYING THEY WILL. I have been waiting since may 3rd for a refund and they keep pretending via email that they will refund me however now they straight up ignore me. So i got ahold of my credit card company as well as BBB.

I regret using this app. Purchasing it was my worst decision ever. It didn't offer the feature set as advertised on their website. Plus, when I reported, their customer support team didn't even bother to reply to my emails and queries. I thought I would get help using it, but unfortunately, it didn't. I was looking through some websites, and I got Xnspy highly recommended. So I decided to try it, and believe me, I found it much more reliable.

No no no, not what one expects from a location application.
