This is one of my worst experience with hollister online. They cancelled my order of 450CAD and did not refund my money it's been more than 2 weeks. I called them few times but my issue is not resolved. The waiting time on phone is over 30 minutes and after that you will be hunged up on phone.
My order has been already delivered but it still says in transit so I am not able to print the return label to return the items.
This is horrible. Never buying from hollister again.
I've honestly never had a good opinion of Hollister because when I went there the first time I was told as a size ten I was too big to shop there, but I decided to give it a second chance when I went to the mall last weekend. I walked into the store and a worker immediately gave me a look of disgust, and the other customers basically sneered at me and my friend (who were the biggest people in the store at the time as sizes 10 and 14). I usually don't care but its frustrating I can't even walk into the store without being looked at like I'm disgusting because of my size.
Overall a good shopping experience with a few nice items, especially the jeans and cologne.
Unfortunately the designs for the shirts and hoodies have gotten worse in last couple years. They're clearly chasing fast fashion trends now instead of the surf-inspired preppy image they used to have.
I order them twice and returns once spend money more than the order money, they are size are wrong end up having some tshirt can't wear, they can provide free service for return to Newzeland, they don't do anything at all no reply for email. I spend lot money for call them Itz worth less ordering from Hollister I don't recommend anyone in Newzeland with my experience
My jacket is very comfortable to wear. It goes with any style. The color correlation is very nice. The brand is an awesome name HOLLISTER the brand from California. Although it's very expensive, it can last you a long time if you take care of it. Overall it's a very positive experience and can be used anywhere.
We bought a gift card for a little girl's birthday and they managed to take pretty much forever (3 weeks so far, has not arrived yet) to send out the card. You would think they are a Chinese company located in China at this speed. We tried to have them void the card and refund us the money to no avail. We called the first time to try to get it done and they said they would "send a message to the department responsible for this". Days later we have not received any update so we called again and was advise we would get an email "by the end of the day" on an update. Lo and behold - nothing came through in our Inbox from Hollister. Not sure how they are still in business. All I know is we better get our money back because at this point it's too late as the birthday passes already and we got the birthday girl a gift card from elsewhere.
What a horrible company to work for! New employees are treated badly and receive hardly any help. The manager at International Mall is a tyrant and those that kiss up to her, receive a lot of privileges. They enjoy writing you up for anything and pay crap. Also, management does not schedule you enough so again you earn hardly any $!
Do not buy from this Company. They took my money and did not deliver my order.
They did not even refund me. They said to me we are NOT going to refund or resend any thing, and this is or FINAL decision.
I realized I got two defective items of clothing, and the salesperson smelled the clothing and deemed them washed and also checked the seams for bugs. She refused to give me money back for one even though within the 30 days. The other she put on a gift card and she said she did this to force me to spend more money in the store. I threw out the receipt and just was disgusted. I work in customer service, she doesn't own the store, and she was a total jerk about it. This was in Burlington Mass. I tried to tell Customer service but they kept conveniently disconnecting. Overall I never got a resolution because I threw out the receipt. They should really believe my word about this because I am sure I am not the only customer that experienced such disgusting and demeaning customer service.
This is the worst website i have ever seen and it wont even give me my money back. I hope hollister goes out of buisness their buisness is overpriced peices of crap and their workers are rude. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Never work at this horrible hell hole. The managers literally do nothing and just sleep in the back. They do nothing to help out the newer employees and spend the entire time talking bad about their coworkers instead of doing their job. The company doesn't even allow you to call in sick. You have to post your hours in a group chat and hope someone covers them for you. This place is the worst. I didn't even have time to do my school work and get caught in my classes. The store is constantly a mess and none of the managers bother to help with the god awful jean wall.
2 things.
First, 99% of all clothes are completely ugly. I can't see anyone wearing it. Whoever is the graphic designer needs to get fired immediately. And to mention, everything is extremely overpriced.
Second, the sale and clearance is a pure scam. Found a $10 black shirt (with just the logo) on clearance and I was about to buy it. I noticed that the total check-out was close to 40, almost triple the original price before the clearance. I never had to pay this much. Usually, it's $5 more, but now it was 30 more.
I shop here at least twice a week. Everything I get is always best quality. Highly recommend coats, jackets and graphics. For oversized fit, size 1 down and for cropped, size up 1-2 so it's not short. You'll get lots of coupons with 60% off offers and buy 1 get 50% plus Cali cash. Really helpful workers and fast shipping, 1 minute returns!
I did a large order on the Hollister website as they had a large sale on so thought that I would treat myself to some bargains. Absolutely love the things that I got however some of them just weren't for me. I have found that my favourites pieces are the coat, hoodies & the leggings that I got - I have been wearing them all the time! Hollister has already been a favourite of mine since I was young and it really was 'in fashion'. I have been super impressed with the quality of all the clothes and even after a few washes, the clothes are still in lovely condition (including the ones that have printed logos/designs on them). I am giving this a 4 out of 5 due to the fact that when I wanted to send back some returns, £5 was automatically deducted from my refund from this. I find it being such a big company, that you would think there would be free returns especially as I had spent about £180 in total on these clothes! The refund however, was processed extremely quickly and I had an email the same day that I took the orders to the post office to say that the refund would be in my bank within 3 working days. It took around a week for my orders to arrive which I think is quite good. There was however a slight delay in my orders arriving but they kept me up to date with this which I appreciated. I placed an online order on nov 17th for 1 item - a month later, I contacted CS a few times, trying to get an update on why I hadn't received my order, or even been given an updated! They literally told me they could not give me any informtion as to where the order was or when I would receive it, they had no idea at all. Finally after hearing nothing from them for months, I emailed them today, feb 8th, and canceled my order - I promptly received a reply that they would cancel my order and then was sent a service survey on how they did. Seriously ridiculous.
Ordered online, they cancelled my order. Store showed item in stock, store forgot to pull the item, and it sold out. Now I can't get my money back. Will never recommend Holister to anyone. Many calls to the store, requested a manager, they offered a supervisor, that wouldn't talk to us. Then the person on the phone just hung up on us. Initially offered our refund in 3-5 days, next call said 10 days, today before we were hung up on said 29 days. We will never shop here again, and will advise everyone we know about the bad experience. Next will be a horrible Yelp review. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.
In chinook mall. I went in to Hollister tonight to finish Christmas shopping. A young oriental girl with golden tips on the end of her hair helped me briefly. She was Extremely condescending. She lifted up her nose at me as if I was garbage. When I asked which things were on sale. I was going to buy two mens coats and two sweaters and I put them back after she spoke to me. I'd rather keep shopping than support a store that supports such an attitude. I live in a 2 million dollar home ( I can afford anything I want) and even in my circles no one acts like that. I'm not sure who this girl thinks she is but she certainly hasn't had enough spankings in her childhood.
Company do not exchange without an receipt, I just wanted an even exchange. Asked to speak to store manager, which didn't happen. Poor Customer Service. Well I can add them to list of place to not shop or spend money at.
Mark was so rude and condescending. I explained to him that I didn't receive my refund for an order placed on 9/28. Usually I see it on my bank account and receive an email. He told me that it was posted in my bank account and I just didn't see it. He said that it takes 4-5 days for a refund to kick in but I told him that it's been over a month. He yelled at me to stop talking. I couldn't take it and hung up and he sends me a petty email and didn't provide me with my refund receipt email. I've have always had wonderful experience with nice bubbly customer service providers but this one is not representative of Hollister. Never again.
I placed an order on 8/25 and my apartment # wasn't put in my package. Fedex couldn't deliver because of this and I called Hollister and was told the shipment was on it's way back to the store. I canceled that order and placed another order. The next day fedex delivered my first order that I canceled. I was refunded for my first order and then recharged for it since it was delivered. The second order was delivered and I returned it in the mail the same day. I was e-mailed 2 e-gift cards instead of my $208 being put back on my debit card, which was how I paid. I have called, chatted, and e-mailed and was told I would get a response in 3 business days. This was on the 14th! I know you have a 30 day return policy to get your original for of payment back, but the merchandise was returned before 30 days and it was the stores mistake in the first place! Almost 2 months later, still no answers! Definitely not happy and won't be spending anymore money here!
Answer: If you go to their website to they have a 5 star rating. However, in my opinion, that is because if you checked out as a guest, you can't login to the site to view your order much less leave a review. In my experience, there's a reason a company has bad reviews. This company is not a beginning mom & pop store, there's no reason they should be greedy and charge for returns. As for quality, the store is tailored around the teen/early 20's age group, who are still learning how to be savvy, informed consumers.
Answer: Legit i buy all the time from them. Especially their jeans. They have a great variety. Although, they have a big ego and it shows on most of their clothes. I personally don't like tops that have the shop name on them, but Hollister is a brand ig so yea. But i like their jeans.
