I waited for a month to get lenses. Never came. Contacted the shipper (DHL), they said "demand a refund you aren't getting the product", I contacted Honeycolor and do nothing but stall and placate. Still have nothing... more excuses and stalling.

I ordered my lenses from Honeycolor for a few times now because the prices were very reasonable, For the last order I was in urgent need of lenses for an event and I checked their processing time is 48 hours so it may not make it in time. What I did was I live chat them to see if they can ship my order on the same day. They did it with no hassle and thank god it arrived before my event. They were very fast in resolving my issue, also very professional and kind. Hope they keep up with the good work!

I ordered three pairs for me and my daughter blue, green and violet. When they arrived they looked great and felt comfortable. And also we really appreciate the little contact cases that come with each pair. We will definitely be ordering again soon.

I have never encountered a company whose customer service was so poor. I complained that 3 of my 8 lens boxes were defects (blurry and from over a year ago), and the customer service representative had the audacity to tell me that they only accept complaints up to 30 days after you receive the order. How does that make sense for any contact lens company? So I asked him, "Are you telling me that you expect me to open all of my lenses and try them on?" and he said "We don't encourage our customers to stock up on contact lenses."

What? So essentially all the BOGO offers and "Spend x amount for free shipping" is just a rouse to get people to spend money, but Honeycolor doesn't want to address the potential repercussions of having faulty inventory. What a terrible business model.

Great experience. This was the first time I'd ever ordered fashion contacts online and I was not disappointed. Honey color has a really great selection of all types of lenses all of which can be cared for with traditional solution. Their prices aren't bad and the site has a multitude of reviews and photos for each brand. I gave them a 4 stars because it does take about 15 days for the products to arrive. Meaning you have to really plan ahead if you want them for a wedding, party, Halloween etc.

I ordered a pair of Geo Blenz Chic Blue Yearly contact lenses. Along with my order, I received a pair of free trial lenses and two free animal cases. The prices on this website are cheaper than other competitors (such as Pinky Paradise) for my currency and location (I live in Canada). Their shipping is excellent. Their cheapest shipping was through DHL and came with a tracking number. My items arrived on time within the expected arrival date. Very satisfied with my order and would definitely order again.

I purchased contacts over the weekend online with expedited delivery so I would have them for a party on Friday. On Tuesday, they told me that one of the items was not in stock. I immediately told them to replace it with something else. On Wednesday, they told me that they had cancelled the order because they were not going to be able to get them out in time. If all of this would have happened in a timely manner, I would have my contacts on Friday, however, all I have is disappointment.

I've ordered from them a few times and most of the deals are amazing (1+1)! Other than that, they stock really awesome monthly contacts and the prices are very reasonable.
I encountered an issue where a pair of lenses I received were a bit uncomfortable and they offered to ship me a new pair immediately! Which is saying a lot because some sites are absolutely terrible at this and refuse to admit its their fault when they've shipped nearly expired lenses to me (Looking at you Desio).

So I ordered clear contacts with them after using them for colored ones.
When I ordered them, they were in stock, but I get a email one of them is out of stock and wanted to know what I was going to do.
Okay, so I said find me another one if not just cancel the order.
A week later, I still have no answer.
No reply
They took the money already and since they are not responding back, I will have to dispute that and will never EVER. Use THIS SITE.

Don't order from them, trust me. Ordered one pair of contacts and paid extra for fast shipping. Item has not arrived still (over 10 days past the set arrival date) and they refuse to refund me for any of it (shipping, item). Their customer service is so bad that it's comical.

I love using HoneyColor for lenses. I don't recall any of my orders ever getting here late or receiving wrong orders. I usually pay a little extra for DHL shipping, so I can't say anything about shipping time. Processing times, I've had consistency with. Around the holidays, it took maybe an extra day or two but never too long.

The thing I love most about HoneyColor is they always have sales and discounts and they send coupons with your order for the next time you shop. I'm also a sucker for really cute packaging and all the contacts come in their respective jars but each pair is also inside of a HoneyColor branded box. And they always send a free pair of contact cases for each pair that you buy.

HoneyColor also sends bonuses for spending certain amounts so sometimes you'll get to choose between a compact mirror, battery operated lens cleaner, etc. I've always had terrific service with them and I will continue to buy from them as long as they're operating.

About a month ago, I placed an online order. A couple days later I received an email from CS rep "Amy" saying they were out of one of the items I ordered.

After a couple of exchanges, I requested the entire order to be cancelled. "Amy" came back saying sorry... we've already shipped the order and I can just refuse the package. Three weeks later, the package arrived and was not able refuse the package since I wasn't home to receive it.

I wrote "Amy" back asking what I need to do thinking they would send me a return label, instead they told me to return the package on my expense to MALAYSIA! How is this situation my mistake? How does a company charge the entire amount of the order and ship it out without the entire order being filled?! No further response from the company!

Rip off! Do not order from HoneyColor!

Tbh I've ordered at honeycolor for the past 2-3 years and never had a problem in regards to my order. I've shopped at pinkyparadise but this site is so much better in terms of how fast my order was processed. And also the fact that they restock faster than PP.

My last purchase was March 18 in which I received on the 21st. Which is absolutely incredible because I know that it usually takes a week for it to arrive (i'm in Canada btw) but it literally took 3 business days.

I'm very happy with this site and I will continue shopping here. It saddens me that people have negative experiences with them but maybe this site is a hit or miss?

The only thing I do want to mention is that their currency rate on their site is weird. Even if you change it to your preferred currency, they still charge it in SGD (idk why its SGD when it was always USD). The currency format is just super confusing.

I ordered circle lenses on August 06,2016 and the circle lenses came on August 26,2016 from Malaysia (I believe) to Canada. I ordered during their free shipping promotion so that's possibly why it took longer but it was well worth the wait. They had several promotions running. Including a free trial pair of lenses for a limited time and free cases per order.

The lenses, packaging, and cases were all amazing quality and carefully wrapped. I will definitely order again for the third time.

My sight is severely damaged in one eye. Over 600.00 in medical bills. My doctors are trying to save what they can of my vision enough so I might still be able to drive. Only wore 5 1/2 hours.

Honeycolor is the first site I ever purchased my first circle lenses. I like that they have many brands, and even some Japanese brands as well which is a big plus. The website is cute and easy to navigate, I usually hate other lens websites that has too flashy designs. In addition they also have reward points which can be exchanged for gifts or discounts. The only sad thing is that the shipping is not free. However their promotions are great so t makes up for it. The shipping comes always in 1-2 weeks. Other than that, you can definitely trust this website.

The site claims 1-2 days for processing and 3-4 for expedited shipping but they stuck my order in processing for over a week! My order arrived late so I wasn't able to wear them, even though I paid for the expedited shipping, and I didn't even receive everything I ordered! Two of the lenses I wanted didn't come, they just threw substandard temps of a totally different brand and color in instead and when I contacted their customer support about it all they had to say was it out of stock when the order shipped... No wonder when they sat on it for over a week after I paid them! When I tried contacting them to ask where my order was and why it was delayed they never responded either, until they actually shipped it and then all they emailed was that it was on the way. I was looking forward to buying more contacts from this company (I bought EIGHT sets of lenses, you'd think they would bother to try and keep me as a customer), and instead I am just regretting the purchase because of the terrible service!

Only order from here if you don't care when they arrive or if you actually receive what you paid for.

One of the eye contact of the pair feels really uncomfortable in my eye, but I get refused for the refund. I don't need the discount for the purchase next time, will choose another eye contact shop next time :)

After a horrible experience with pinkyparadise I thought my event was ruined because I couldnt get the contacts I wanted in time due to the back and forth on their quality of lens and their refusal to contact my Dr cor verification.

Its especially hard to get colored contacts in general bcuz of my higher power lens script.

I tried another search for my power in the lens U wanted and am so glad I found hineycolor! They literally saved my event! The lens got here in a record 4 days from korea to the usa.

The lenses fit great, are super comfy on try on and look amazing. Thank you so much for an awesome, affordable product and great service to my door in record time!

Safe and affordable about the same level of products as pinkyparadise but with better sales. One of the best circle lense sites online.

I ordered about 4 pairs of contact lenses from HoneyColor & they were great.
I liked the service. I was worried about ordering from HoneyColor because people gave so many bad reviews on it. People on Youtube & such. But I tried it out for myself anyways & I was glad I ordered from them. They have reasonable prices as well & I received my orders quite quickly.

The only thing I wished HoneyColor did was have more variety of lenses. I've always wanted to order the Venus Eye Series but HoneyColor did not have them. I also wish they would have a photo of how the lenses look on different colored eyes so I'd get a picture of how they would look on my eyes.

Also, HoneyColor has days where you get free shipping & such. I took advantage of it & placed another order right away <3 I reccomend HoneyColor to people who would like to buy contacts for fair prices. If you have questions about your order, you can e-mail them & customer service is great. I don't see what all the hate is about, but my experience with them is awesome. One of the sites that I will always order from for my lenses. ( ´ `)

Ahh is about the same as pinkyparadise... but they have discounts! And this website is much more organized.

They have a customer service, but since they decide to cater to western countries as well, would be nice to have 24h support rather then waiting for middle of the night to get some answer for your problems.

That is what really screwed me over in honeycolor, I paid extra to have DHL delivered to my country, since I live in Brazil and the postal services are a little sketchy I opt for a courier, something so delicate as lenses should be treated with care.
After sending honeycolor via email my tax number, which is law and requirement by customs to process any package coming from abroad, they failed to inform that on the customs forms, making my package not being able to enter the country and being automatically sent back to its origin.
I have asked for DHL help, but they already told me in this cases it's pretty hard to get your package back. (Although they are trying)
So I lost a LOT OF MONEY TO HONEYCOLOR
To jetset a couple pair of lenses around the world. And never saw any resolution with that. Or my lenses
