These bell boots let me know exactly where I am having a problem. When my horse is getting better there is very little damage to the boot. When she is having a big problem they r damaged to the point that I may have to throw one out but the other one is fine. Therefore I know exactly where the problem is or is not. I value their ability to be damaged & it tells me which foot & how much of a problem I am having. With regular boots they r not damaged when I have a problem. Therefore, unless I have someone to observe me riding or observe my horse in the stall or pasture 24/7 I don't know when the problem is occurring or when.
My delivery has been sitting waiting for customs payment for 9 days - cannot get a response from Horze by email, no answer on the phone lines. Items needed for a show next week! Terrible service.

I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received my parcel. The tracking link does not provide any update (it has been almost four weeks since it says that: your parcel has been delayed), and it is impossible for me to contact the delivery provider (Evri).
After sending many emails or chatting live, I still have no response or idea where the parcel is.
Being tired of this situation, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund two weeks ago, but I still have had no response, refund or parcel.
I have never seen such careless business behaviour and terrible customer service.
My order never arrived and the tracking provided hasn't been updated for weeks. Horze don't reply to emails or live chat and the phone number is an answering machine that says they will not be answering the phone and to email them. Not how you run a business feels more criminal than anything.
It is a scam, not business. No order received. No customer service, no replies. You're unable to contact them. Disgraceful!

If i could leave no stars i would. Do not waste your time or money on this sham of a company. Cancel orders, send useless discount codes. Wait and wait for deliveries that never arrive to be told the order again was cancelled and payment voided. Still waiting for refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I ordered a side-pull bitless bridle from Horze back in September and when it was delivered, it turned out that it had been incorrectly advertised as a side-pull when in reality it was a cross under bitless bridle. I therefore returned the item and Horze corrected the labelling of the product and from then onwards advertised it as a cross under side-pull bridle. I had to arrange for a courier to send the item back to the Netherlands and pay for the courier up-front but I was assured by Horze customer service, by email and in writing, that I would be re-funded both for the cost of the bridle and the courier fees. It is now November and I have only received the re-fund for the bridle, not the courier fees but keep being assured that this will be re-funded too. It is disgraceful that although this was a mistake made by Horze, that customer's are expected to pay for their mistakes. It is hardly surprising that people end up buying from Amazon whose customer service is excellent in comparison.
Not very helpful, haven't received my items it's never been to my home address, they are telling me it has. No refund no items, and it in lost property in oldbury I live in Essex. Do not order from these people, not very helpful.
I'm thoroughly disappointed with this company. I ordered two products on offer and I waited over a month for them to arrive just to be told when I enquired that they were lost in the post. I then asked if it was possible to resend as in no circumstances would I like a discount as then I wouldn't get the products on offer. To this they said they wouldn't until they found the whereabouts of the parcel. Finally after me constantly requesting for them to resend they sent me an email bluntly ignoring my request for my products to be resent and just giving me a refund. At this I was outraged! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to ignore a customers wishes. As they realised if they did this they would still get more money out of me. They then offered me 15% off my next order which no where near equates to the money off I would have had. Over all I would say definitely avoid this company and I would never use them again as I feel violated and not appreciated as a customer.

Ordered a cooler blanket 12/9 and the company accepted my order and took my money. When order did not show up by expected delivery date called to see when would be shipped. I was told they are out of stock and will not be getting anymore in stock ever. The order should never have been allowed to go through and they should have contacted me as soon as they knew it was out of stock. This was a Christmas present so no present for my daughter and her horse this year. Do not ever order anything from this company as they are poorly run. The only saving grace is they did at least refund my money but that does not help with Christmas!
Weeks of waiting, no communication and Horze ignore you when you email requests for progress. Having a warehouse in the Netherlands is useless, I was told 3 - 5 days delivery which is why I purchased and I have been waiting 4 weeks so far! They are not clear in their sales information and they should advise of potential customs issues etc. I will NEVER purchase again from them. Extremely annoyed on so many levels.
I will not buy from this company again. I tried to return an item after Christmas. When I phoned them I was on hold for over an hour and then when I phoned back again the answer message said they were closed! I emailed over a dozen times and twice I had an email back saying that they were busy but would get back to me shortly - never did. Finally returned the goods and it took them 3 weeks to refund my money!
The service in the Netherlands is far below zero. No communication, no reaction, no action - waiting for weeks... still no answer or solution about shoes that fell apart in 4 months.
Their products are of good quality and they aren't too expensive. I have ordered a few times from Horze and have not been disappointed.
As an avid and regular rider I usually buy my supplies and equipment from the local store but recently decided to check out this site. Great selection with many items I just can't get locally and prices are good. So far I just got a few grooming items and a blanket and it's been great. I think the real test will come when I buy boots but I think it should be fine and as I said, the selection is great.
