HugePOD has always done a good job for us—Happy Jack Cats, a feline rescue and adoption group. Even before they arrive in the mail, we know that the shirts will be perfect, and we have ordered many times. The quality of the printing is wonderful—wash these shirts over and over and they still look great! These are nice and are great to work with—very responsive too. They are our go-to people for t-shirts, and we recommend them.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered shirts from them for $370 US dollars and they messed up my order, so they resent it and somehow my package was worth $6,150 And I now owe FedEx $1500 for customs, taxes, other fees. I didn't even spend this much on my shirts now I'm stuck with this bill and Hugepod is not helping me get this figured out either. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

However, since most of them ship from China, 70% of my orders are shipped from China, so the transportation speed of goods is not as fast as that of local businesses. But if you are willing to spend more money to choose DHL, you can also receive it soon.

I ordered 4 jackets (in October), from this site in which my payment went to them and I still haven't received my order. They said they don't have confirmation of my order so I sent payment and an email confirmation to them and they stop answering my calls on their whatsapp contact and refuse to respond or refund my money back. I have filed a bbb complaint against them. Do not purchase from them because they have multiple sales people who they promote.

I saw an Instagram ad for a really nice Nike jacket, and after purchasing the bank transaction said it came from hugepod.com. I was skeptical that it was a scam right away because the confirmation email came from (*******@mlinpro.com) and the company (FASHION NORTH) was nowhere to be found. They replied to my emails saying it was slow delivery due to covid, but after 3 months, still nothing. They wouldn't provide a valid tracking code or anything. I'm convinced this website is a scam, and no one should purchase anything from them.

They are cheap, but their print quality has gone down in the past year and their customer service is awful. They have messed up many of my orders. On one order that was nearly $500 dollars, they didn't send some items. The shirts were for a student competition, and the replacement items came over 3 months later. I didn't even need the shirts anymore because the competition passed. Hugepod didn't care and offered no compensation.

Bought two tshirts that were supposed to be 100 % cotton. They feel sleepy, cool to wet and feel and look like cheap polyester. The print is horrible and so is the cut. I complained and asked for a refund but they denied. Now I lost $34 dollars and have to through the tshirts away.

I currently have 3 orders some of which are from customers ordering from my site. My orders date back to October and I still haven't received anything. They announced their Chinese New Year and I attempted to address my concerns before their break just to be given generic responses with no ETA on purchased goods. I have worked with multiple POD sites and this by far is the worst. It's a shame because goods I have received from them have been great quality but I still don't believe continuing a business relationship is worth the headache. STAY AWAY

I ordered 1 T-shirt and 1 Hoodie way back in January, just 2 items. I followed up mid-February and was told there would be a delay due to the Chinese New Year, production was halted. I was alright with that, everyone deserves their holiday time.

It is now March 1st and my order status still hasn't changed. Still "In Processing". No word on production, no updates. I can't wait any longer to see if they'll arrive or not, I have to dispute the charges in the next week to get my money back from my bank. Avoid HugePod if you want products to arrive on time.

UPDATE: My products FINALLY came, so I will bump Hugepod up to a 3 star but it's still unacceptable that it took 2 months of poking and prodding to get them to send my things. I will try Hugepod again, hopefully a higher quality of customer support will be maintained.

I order 400$ worth of items with this garbage company and half of the items were either defective or damaged. I haven't been able to talk to a real person, just an ai robot, and the best they have offered me is 5% refund! Absolutely trash

First time using this company and it will be my last! How on earth does it take 10 days and counting and they haven't even finished printing my shirt. This company could not be a worse scam. They won't cancel my order as they claim that the item has already been in production. How stupid do they think I am? I hate hate hate this company. I can't imagine what I would be going through if I had placed a bigger order. And they kept telling me they were going to push my order up front, yeah right! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a Nike sweat suit from Hugepod advertised on TikTok last November. After several emails to service@ mlinpro. Com,which is their customer service, I was given a different excuse every time then provided a tracking number. It's now mid March still haven't received my order and costumer service has stopped responding to me all together. I was scammed. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB.

I ordered 3 shirts on January 4th, and after 24 days, the order is still processing. It sucks because this was my first purchase from them. I would also like to mention that everyone has access to the designs you upload. Stay away from this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Took 3 weeks from ordering for the items that I'd ordered to even be shipped. Customer service were no help. After a further 2 weeks I still hadn't received, contacted customer services, who were no help. After another 2 weeks the tracking information showed that the package had been returned to sender. Got in contact with customer service who said they would chase it up, never heard anything back. Had to get back intouch again, they tried to say I had received the items, when I showed a screenshot of the tracking information clearly stating that the items were returned they just said they would follow up, i had been asking for a refund for a couple of weeks at this point. They just kept making excuses, and telling me they would follow up. I ordered on the 11th December 22, still haven't received anything. Now had to go through my bank to get a refund. Absolutely appalling company and customer service. Do not order.

This business will rip you off and tell you after placing your order that you placed it with the wrong company and there's nothing that they can do about it. I spent $ 107 with this company. I really do wish I had read the reviews first. I would have known anyway they take the money from your bank account. When I report that I did not receive my items to my bank, they told me to call the company and the company tells me it's the wrong company. They didn't do it and they can't help me. But my bank tells me this is the company that actually received my money. So why is it that they cannot send it back? This is a rip-off company. Do not order from these people. You will not get your products. They are not truthful and probably the most disingenuous company I've ever worked with online.

They are the worst to deal with. I started working with them, originally POPSHOWROOM back in 2020 on custom manufacturing clothing. We did a number of samples and was finally coming close to getting the product down so we can start bulk ordering. Towards the end of this the person I was in contact with introduced me to their new POD service HUGEPOD. I thought it was great because I had another clothing business I was working on that just needed print on demand services and not custom cut and sew. I did try them out and liked what I got, but as usual with POD companies, quality comes at a cost when you put quantity first. I tried teespring and printify and printful for ANOTHER business and you really need to be careful with how you wash, what detergent you use, how you dry, etc etc.

Back to POPSHOWROOM. So towards the end of figuring out the product, I ordered 3 samples. $200 each. Because I wanted to try out three different variations so I can pick the most sucessful and we move forward with that. Life started to get hectic with me going back to school, working full time, and a business (another lol) taking off with process and revenue. I put POPSHOWROOM on hold. Come 2022 (I was still talking to them for this long, My most recent sample from them was delivered beginning of 2022) I told them in September on whatsapp that I'm still with them and wanting to move forward. Life is just hectic but will reach out soon. Come 2023 is when I started to pull out my hair with them

They completely disbanded POPSHOWROOM. I had no idea, they didn't send any emails or messages about how I was supposed to continue my $600 with them. I reached out to them in April/May to resume my order and I had to contact HUGEPOD because the people on whatsapp weren't responding. ALL I got was the runaround from them. They couldn't find my order because the idiot customer service people were looking under HUGEPOD files instead of POPSHOWROOM. I eventually gave up and tried again the beginning of December 2023. I had to teach them that they were looking under the wrong business name and then they did find my order.

These bafoons kept asking me if I wanted to start bulk order and I had to tell them 100x that I DID NOT FINISH THE SAMPLE AS IT WAS NEVER STARTED (The $600 order). Then they kept telling me they were reaching out to some department. After 2 days I follow up. They would go 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?' OMFFFFFFGGGGGGGGGG I had to keep telling these incompetent customer service reps to put me in contact with a project manager or manager in general to get my order going. There response 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?'... Then they started to 'not' receive my emails. Thy would follow up a day later and say that since they haven't heard back from me that would be closing the matter. Although I've been following up with them...WTH

HUGEPOD/POPSHOWROOM has to be THE WORST $#*!ing experience I've ever come across. They know what they are doing. I am asking clear questions. They just playing with me. I wish I can attach pictures of the chat emails so you can all see what I'm going through with them...
