Customer service was little slower than expected. But overall they are ideal for some assets more than others. I haven't faced any serious problem with them so far

My experience with IGM FX since December 2020 is great so far. Depositing money, trading and getting guidance works fine. And I saw a significant profit on my relatively small investment. Overall, I have been satisfied with their service

At day one, i was pushed to invest 50k in funds that turned out to be worthless. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and said no. After that, they kept stalking me, on some days more than 10 calls a day. Even when I told them not to call me anymore, IGMFX kept on calling me, sometimes leaving silent voicemail massages. Whatever you do, dont work with IGMFX! Reported them to AFM this week.

Investors in several PAMM accounts promoted and managed by Ed Zimbardi had funds taken. Funds there on Friday, gone on Sunday. IMGfx would have to approve the withdrawal and the amount most certainly was over $10,000 USD. Both Zimbardi and IMGFX silent on what happened to the money. IMGfx appeara to be more than a willing accomplice to investor embezzlement. Not compliant with most basic laws in finance.

Trading becomes the best thing to do if you have the right skills and knowledge to do it. I was advised by my friend to try out igm fx. I must say you actually proved to be an asset. Thank you for your great service

Igm fx is perfect for those looking for an stp brokerage with a solid and regulated brand, in terms of services they provide all classic features and a bit more. I enjoyed the experience with them… Kind service, fair fees, nothing more to add.

I was foolish to transfer 1,000 EUR to IMGfx. To "my" account.
- I have no control over the money at this account. Withdraws has to be approved by IMGfx.
- I have no access to disabling or deleting the account.
- No access to my own card information and such.
- I was mislead to transfer minimum amount, next agent taunted me saying "You hardly get a cup of coffee in webtrading for 1,000 EUR".
- I made a withdrawal from the account which again has to be approved BY THEM, he claimed the withdraw had been approved already so I shouldnt worry. They have still not approved it.

I dont need to say it, I think you all can see what this is.

Trading can be done professionally if you know all the right ways to do it. I personally took the assistance of IGM FX. I must say they are simply amazing at providing the best educational materials on improving your trading skills!

IMGFX is an unregulated broker and as such you have no protection against scams or Ponzi schemes.
They work in conjunction with PAMM managers, in particular, a gentleman called Ed Zimbardi who is running a PONZI scheme. They change the terms and conditions at their own will with no communication effectively prohibiting you from withdrawing your money, allowing the PONZI scheme to take your funds.

They refuse to respond to emails in regards to this ponzi scheme and in effect "ghost" you.

I can not stress enough - do not use this service, there are many regulated brokers out there that will protect you and your funds but IMGFX is not one.

Fake trading PONZI scam! (Worse human I have ever interacted with), ED, and group are frauds and *******% sleep. None have tried to make larger withdrawals all have baby $500-$20k accounts if! And haven't tried to withdrawal their initial deposit amount. (Long term investors lol)

People are referring to people that have been kicked from FB group for asking about withdrawals, (no one was negative people) IMGFX support cannot help you and won't! They offer zero assistance and only refer you to your PAMM manager Ed Z (a crook) who conveniently is so busy with new incentives he cannot process current investors withdrawals (only been a month now). Now stating he is not affiliated with IMGFX and doesn't work for them (Guess he is forgetting the GOLD video he made at the start of March saying word for word "I am on staff with IMGFX, so I checked the forensic audit) laughable. Moderators of FB group are a joke and prowl for comments where anyone is asking about withdrawals and delete ASAP. I wonder why oh it's because it's a Ponzi Scheme and you will never get paid! ED Z needs a trust pilot review site for his person that would have some interesting reviews, I'm sure.

Started off with ED Z stating he "wanted to help 1,000 people reach financial success" we all rushed in like fools then slowly people are forgetting "limited time opening up again for more members" then Ed Z complaining about "too many members and IB not doing their job" then ED Z "this isn't supposed to be a full time job for me and I'm overwhelmed" to the next week "bring your wife, husband, sister, brother, granny, uncle come one come all you get a truck incentive, you get $100K incentive bring more and more people and money in. Has anyone questioned why? Because they need new Peter Money to pay Paul. Has anyone questioned why there are over 10 ED Z/PAMM FB groups that ED Z manages all surrounding similar products? He is def a master mine he uses the Taliban terrorist tactics and keeps all his Ponzi trading cells separated so if one needs to go down hard, he can just focus on the next, pop up another virtual predator scheme and you never know which piece of the puzzle you are a part of.

People are still waiting for March withdrawals yes people its April and some people are still waiting for their withdrawals from March and are being dogged by your very own lord and savior! ED Z will become famous on the front page of every newspaper and all of his affiliates ;) Mr. Gert if he is real, all moderators will be investigated, all Telegram IB chat history that has already been screen shotted where he is using very focused Psychological pressuring tyrant skills to make people believe they "need to do more" "Who is going to step up and show more people" will be released. Along with the now voice recordings. Ed has threatened people, liked comments about "just steal their money Ed", and literally has told everyone "If you don't want to be a part of this group or investment then leave, I'll give you all your money back and you can leave" I wish more would try to do that because you will see he can't/won't pay out. Try it out what will it hurt you put your request in on the 2-5th ED Z will process it at some point maybe never ;) then you feel safe and have proof. I will even pay for the fees associated with you doing it if you ever get you withdrawal lmao.

Nov 2021 some Pamms did 100% Dec similar results, Jan similar results then all of a sudden Feb systems issues that resulted in maybe a net 2.5% gain to investors in some accounts and now in March trending at 7% to investors like how did results fall off by so much 100% month over month not sustainable sure, but long way to fall from 100% months, or has anyone considered they were just to Bait us in to deposit more money and we all fell for it;( it's sad I know cry a little like the rest then find comfort in knowing ED Z will return to prison at some point and won't be able to ruin anymore lives including his families again.
