I bought a key in November of 2018. It was all scratched up, obviously used. I waited almost 3 years and got no response after repeated emails. They ignored all my emails.

I recently purchased a remote for my 2014 HONDA Civic. I thought I was buying a brand new remote. On my order it did not indicate whether it was new or refurbished,; as they do on ebay or amazon. I didn't find out it was refurbished until I got to the dealership where they pointed out the scratches on the cover and the sticker on the inside. They did get the remote programmed. If they couldn't get it programmed I get charged an additional programming fee and key cutting charge. This is why I was hesitant about getting it done with a refurbished key. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew is was refurbished. I called the company and got a run around. They told me it was in their terms and conditions, which was at the bottom of the page. I told them it should indicate which you are getting new or refurbished) on your order page as others do. BUYERS BEWARE!
I ordered a key and it came and the key didn't fit. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone, email, and chat online and no one will answer me.

Don't bother going through with them. Call around to dealers to get price quotes.

Had key made and cut but key would not program. So they sent a replacement key but key wasn't cut this time. Can't get in contact for a refund. Bad customer service if you ask me.
IKeyless sent us a key that could not be programmed. Attempts to contact the company several times were unsuccessful. The company's phone system puts you in a loop and no human ever comes on the line. The email address is bogus as well. Junk, junk, junk! Do not purchase from this company!
I ordered the keyless remote with the impression I could program it myself... no instructions were included so I went to a locksmith and its defective, one of the buttons wouldn't unstick and it wouldn't program properly. I will never use them again. So much for saving money
Took my key from ikeyless for my Acura MDX 2004 into both Ace hardware and the Acura dealership. Ace said there was a chip but after many attempts they couldn't program it. Acura said there was no chip at all and it was $45 for a new key. Ikeyless responded to my problem on day 30 of my purchase apologizing and saying the 30 day warranty had just ended. BAD BUSINESS.
Ordered key and remote with key cutting service. Key works great, remote is useless. Dealership nor locksmith were able to program. Both stated remote was defective and should be returned. Customer service would send replacement but stated I have to pay yet again for attempted programming. Unfair practices. Stay away!
Like many of the other reviews, I ordered my product weeks ago and I am still waiting. I suspect the positive reviews on this site are planted by the company. I just hope they didn't steal my money.

IKeyless (https://www.ikeyless.com) is a questionable operation/company. I received a smart key from them for my Mazda CX-9 that contained an emergency key that could not be cut by the Mazda dealer. Luckily the Mazda dealer was excellent to me and charged me their cost ($52.38) for a legitimate emergency key. In comparing the key received from iKeyless to the key from the Mazda dealer it was obvious the iKeyless provided key was of poor quality. I contacted iKeyless by email and actually spoke to a customer service representative a couple of weeks back (after no response to email). However, no response. On the bright side, the electronic components of the smart key does function.
Don't believe all the planted 5 star reviews on this site. I did. And regret it. Based on how I am being treated and some other reviews, I can only assume they do not keep inventory in stock despite claims on their site about fast shipping and seem to produce when enough of the same keyfob is ordered. I ordered in October, got an immediate email claiming I should have my order in 2 to 5 days. This was done so they could charge my card by lying about shipping. It is dishonest. They should not charge me until it ships. I can only assume they do this so they can take your money and use it while stalling you. In any case, I waited for almost 2 weeks, sent an email and John responded telling me it was backordered and, despite being sent a shipment confirmation email containing USPS tracking number, the item was never shipped. He was very vague in responding to when I might get it so I replied to ask him to clarify, which he promptly ignored my email. No company operates without production schedules, delivery dates, etc. They should be able to tell and you, with precision, when our order will arrive even if back ordered. Instead, they put you off and tell you 1 or 2 weeks every time you email. Before you know it, it is months later. If you have 3 or 4 months to wait for them to get enough orders to schedule a production run of your key, then by all means, order from them. I believe that working to get the charge removed from your card should ikeyless refuse to cooperate, will be harder after 30 days so I don't intend to wait 3 months.

They are not clear about their process. I ordered a key for my 2011 CRV Honda and it just came as a blank key with zero instructions. IKeyless also forces customers to write an approval review on the ease of ordering for the invoicing menu to come up! When you look at their website you see all these great misleading positive reviews. I suspected this was false (after I ordered) so I immediatly called their 800 number to cancel during their store hours and just got their voice mail. The only way to cancel was to call them and they never returned my call! Do not use their mail services. Best to drive locally to a dealer or a company that does this for you.
First of all did not know the remote was going to used and old... Paid almost 70.00 for it. I guess I should have expected that since I have a 2000 civic... They also cited they would include instructions. No instructions were included... good thing I had the video from Internet from another company. It did work out. Just wondering if this old remote will last looking at my own remote it looks brand new compared to the one I got from ikeyless. But it did work.

Horrible. They claim & quote "Most orders placed by 3:30 pm EST ship the same day"... LIE! I guess the loophole for them is the "Most orders..." portion of that statement. My order was in stock, placed by 1:21 pm EST, and it did not ship until the next business day. Furthermore, by shipping via USPS First Class, it is not reliable at all to track the package. There are a lot of companies providing the same service as these underachievers so I will be sure to give someone else a chance next time. No response to my email inquiry either. I will give them two stars simply because they did the bare minimum and technically fulfilled their obligation.
I have purchased two keyless devices for family members and everything went really smoothly. I will definately use this service again and the customer service response time was very timely which was a great surprise for such a low cost item.
I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
I placed an order for a standard key fob and trusted that the claim that they ship same day would be accurate. I received an email with a tracking number the following morning, so then I really believed it would be coming soon. The tracking number never progressed beyond "electronic shipping information received". They do not answers calls on the weekend so it was a full week before I could get in touch with anyone in person. They said the key fob was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. I planned on this for a Christmas present, so now I'm in a jam. Terrible customer service!

I like to thanks Stacey for her tremendous help in straightening out my order. Since I only received one key out of the two that I ordered. Stacy corrected that very quickly. But after receiving the second key there still were no programming instructions. Stacy help me out with that matter probably. For that I have to say Stacy was extremely helpful butt your shipping department needs a little more oversight. I highly rate the product just not how I receive it.
Attempted to get a keyless entry replacement for my Subaru with these guys and found one that was smaller than the others I was seeing, so I ordered it. It came, was the wrong one, and the instructions were far more complex than initially indicated.
I called, they informed me it was a "clone", and that I could return it, though I'd have to pay for shipping despite the fact that it wasn't what I'd ordered.
Fast forward three weeks and numerous unreturned calls and email, they agreed to pay for shipping back. Then when I checked my card refund, they deducted the shipping costs from my refund, telling me they wouldn't refund the amount I was legally entitled to because it "wasn't defective". Eventually I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get the refund I was entitled to back.
Long and short: falsely advertised product, lied about return costs, and attempted to surreptitiously steal from my refund without informing me. Recommendation: AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Our car needed a second key fob. I priced them at the dealership and then looked online. The key fob at iKeyless was exactly the same as the one at the dealership but less expensive. It also arrived in the time promised, which was a quick turn around. It was order number *******. After we received the fob, Stacey sent an email as a follow up.
The process of ordering with iKeyless was very simple. A confirmation email would have been nice but I later found out my contact person. Stacey F was on vacation. Someone else assisted me. Shawn was a big help! I would definitely order again from this company. The wireless remote was easy to program and works great!
