i Love Glasses

Stay away from this company it is a scam. No customer service, no e-mails. Very dangerous company. Took my credit card and never heard from them again.

I've always had an excellent relationship with iloveglasses. I can't say enough about their customer service. I receive my product faster than any other store I've ever dealt with. The employees are helpful and go out of their way to help you. What a pleasant experience. I know I can rely on iloveglasses for most anything. For the above reasons and many more positive ones I havent't listed, I'll always do business with iloveglasses. The best company I've ever dealt with on-line or off.

I ordered frames and they sent me the wrong frames. They told me that they sent me those frames because the ones I wanted were not in stock. Brian Stevenson from this company told me to send them back and he would give us credit for not only the frames but for the shipping also. I had sense enough to require someone to sign for the frames so I know they received them. From this point on it has been emails back and forth from Brian Stevenson and myself. First he said that they had not received the frames and that their neighboring company had gotten and signed for them and they would go over the next day and get them. I didn't hear anything so I emailed him back and he email me telling me that yes they had received the frames and that he would make sure we got the credit. Still no credit so I emailed him again and he then said that there was something wrong between the bank and them and asked for my banks phone# which I gave him and that it would be taken care of within 24 to 48 hours. That is the last I've heard from this scam of a company and of course still no credit. If you chose to do business with this company just know that you will probably get ripped off!

I purchased a pair of Fendi Sunglasses on Tuesday 23 Dec and some guy called Brian sent me an email from a different mail from the website with muy order number and I also picked an EXPRESS SHIPPING and he is not answering any more I did not receive any shipping confirmation number and they don't answer the phone... seriously this is a fraud I already called my bank to see if there is anything we can DO but I can't understand how this kind of websites do exist!

I also think they are a scam and experienced many of the same things others have mentioned- stalling, delays, not reachable by phone, promises that weren't kept, now I got a picture of the shipping label showing they are coming tomorrow (though I don't believe it) and we'll see. Avoid at all costs.

Recently I purchased Gant HEWITT Eyeglasses in Black frame from Iloveglasses.com. Very nice people, delivered on time and price was very competitive.

Over a long period of time I am searching a specified model of Jaguar glasses. I searched many local retailers for it, but left depressed. Suddenly I saw my friend is wearing exactly that one. After being enquired he told me the name iloveglasses.com, the place from where I bought my third piece of eye gear of Jaguar.

The website was very user friendly. I was happy to find that there would be no charge for shipping and it would be here by tomorrow. I had looked at other sites before iloveglasses.com and would have had to pay shipping and wait 2-4 weeks to receive my order. I found what I needed and signed up for an account. I would definately shop iloveglasses.com again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you iloveglasses!

I ordered frame at the biginning of November and It's now December and no frames. There's no one ever on their "live chat" and no one answers the phone. I had to call my bank to stop the charge from going thru. My advice: STAY AWAY from this site.

The collection of iloveglasses is just superb. And once you visit their online site, it will be impossible for you to log out without purchasing anything.

FRAUD! I ordered glasses a month ago, they told me they had found the last pair that I wanted and apologized for the delay. They offered a discount, which I never recieved. Then they told me that as they were about to ship, they noticed my frames were damaged. They offered expedited shipping onmy next order. I waited soooo long and they didn't offer anything. I don't think they ever had my glasses!

Last month I had bought the Rayban Junior 9050 Sunglass and I must say, it’s absolutely amazing. The shades are quite dark and that helps me a lot while I am outdoors. The frame is quite stylish and hardy and suits my personality.

After reading the reviews, I took a chance and ordered a pair of LaFont sunglasses for my wife. I received email from "Brian Stevenson". Saying they ship in 1-5 business days. Being cautious after reading the reviews, I emailed saying that if they were not shipped on the fifth day I would put the charge in dispute. Brian answered by saying that they did not to be threatened and cancelled the order. He then said that LaFont is slow in delivery and the glasses would not have shipped by the fifth day. I emailed as to why he did not say that to begin with? So far no answer. Stay away.

This place is a total rip-off. Any good review on here I'm sure was either written by them or paid for. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. First they didn't have the glasses I ordered, then promised to send them express, which they didn't, so they were lost in the mail. Additionally when I tried calling, no one would pick up, they would only communicate via email. I even sent them my phone number and never got a response. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent product lines and super fast shipping. Prices are good, too! I wonder what took me so long to find them? Whatever... I highly recommend giving them a try.

Those online shopping websites or the places of shopping can survive which remains updated and up grated. In the arena Iloveglasses.com is the most successful one regarding their collection.

I was looking for Cazal sunglasses but stores were not able to provide it to me but iloveglasses provided me a lot of Cazal sunglasses and choose one and I am very satisfied with their price and delivery.

****Very Poor Customer Service****I ordered sunglasses on March 18 credit card was dinged the same day. Received 2 different confirmations of order received with no ship info. Called 2 different phone numbers on their site but recorder only / no return call received 6 days later. Inquired via email on 3/21 and received a canned response the following day informing shipment would happen 1-5 days. On day 8 inquired again & received a response frames were not in stock and would be avalable in a few days. I cancelled my order. It's impossible to speak to a live person to get a straight answer. I make several purchases every month from various sites & have never run into such poor service. I spoke t a live person@ Georgiashades.com and the same item will be shipped today!

I ordered D&G sunglasses and am still waiting whether they will deliver or not. Money has been taken of the creditcard but now information on order status. The store cannot be reached by telephone at all. You get an automatic tape that they are experiencing high volume calls but that is all day long and even outside business hours. Live chat does not work and response on email is terrible. I don't trust the store and wonder whether they will deliver...

All the varied brands and designs of glasses available only at iloveglasses.com are very much worthy and they will also favorite to all age group of people. Due their wide range of variety we trust that each and every people could find the choice of their own.

This company must be fraudulent. I ordered Sunglasses on 12/08/2012 and got an email the next day from another email address stating they noticed the lenses were scratched and wanted me to order another brand. I cancelled the order and was told I would get a cr on my cc in 2 to 3 days. I also questioned the 2nd email address and was told this was the same company. I also has ordered the same pair on 12/04/2012 on onther website NYCoptics.com and the exact same thing happened on they said they noticed the frames were cracked. I am disputing now but sure wish I would have used my AMEX, since they handle disputes easier. Both charges were $109.90, so I'm waiting on $219.80. Do not order from either of these websites.
