After having finally got to the £20 mark I thought I would cash out via PayPal, didn't work at all. Tried numerous times and no joy, ended up having to go for Amazon vouchers instead. Am disappointed in the cash out process if the options that are on offer don't work, also there doesn't seem to be an obvious way of contacting them to get the problem sorted. Why isn't your customer service easy to find and contact? Update, still waiting for the Amazon voucher codes a week later. These things should be almost instant in this day and age, get into the 21st century inbox pounds.

In my view InboxPounds is Avery good all round site for earning a bit of pocket money a lot of surveys. And the same goes for the games they have on offer for you to play for a nice bit of cash and for your own entertainment. Since joining InboxPounds I have thoughly enjoyed participating in various tasks, and pay out is prompt and efficient. Well worth signing up and giving them a go.

Provides reasonably frequent surveys and always notifies you when your account is credited for completion of a survey. Takes 2/3 days once you submit a request for your reward to be received. Plenty of choice for your rewards, and of the value you want to aim for. Just received my Amazon voucher (I have received several now) and it's really easy to redeem.

Useless site, blocks someone from entering surveys due to 'inconsistencies'. No explanation, no option to challenge false accusations.
It has also taken 5 years to build up £20 on the site as 99.9% of surveys screened out at some stage
Reward collection is made difficult, it took several days before the validation text service worked.
As soon as I receive the money owed I will be closing my account.

I have been using this site for a while now, has some good surveys and different lengths so allows you to do surveys depending how much time you have free and they pay out on redemptions quickly and without fuss.

I was told I could claim a small sum so did so, to an Amazon voucher. When I've done this with other companies I have almost immediately received a code to put into Amazon; but although the amount has been withdrawn from my account still no sign of a code. So only 4 stars for the site

On the website it says we pay faster! Within 2-10 working days! Nope, all lies. Contactable? Nope, no means anywhere obvious. Don't bother signing up

Once you reach the lower limit to cash out it is simple and quick to redeem. I got it sent to my PayPal account without any problems

Much better now the limit from £20.00 to minimum £5.00, extremely fast payout. Would highly recommend have been a member for a number of years

Really disappointed not to receive the funds when cashed out.
Then get asked to leave a review! So either they are stupid or the money will eventually hit my PayPal account. If I get it then I will re do the review
