I booked a birthday cake for my father in law through this in 2020. I paid and booked online. Till the delivery time they didn't mention that they don't have delivery in that location. They only said like they have delivery all across India. I tried to contact the customer care they also said like waite delivery people will contact you. Later when I asked for refund they are not responding and still they are sending messages saying pay some more amount and complete the order. And three years later they have send me a message stating that I should complete my purchase and book another cake.Very poor customer care and very bad experience for me from the indiacakes. I won't recommend to anybody.

Worst experience from this company, order number *******, not delivered yet, no refund also.
Never order from this site its fraud

This is a fraud company stealing money from the customers without delivering the cake. Once I made the order I received an email saying I need to make an additional 275 rupees for the delivery and only then the order will be processed. Rs. 575 was taken from my account in April 2023 and now in October 2023 they are still saying they'll contact me in 24 hours and cutting the call abruptly. Very bad customer service, no response to emails and fraud company. Please don't buy here and waste your hard earned money to these fraud people.

Don't deliver don't refund a scam company never use them.After order they keep asking for extra money everytime.

Taking money after that again asking delivery charges and not delivered no reply for mail no customer care answer

We hv paid fully at the time of Order… on the Mid day of delivery it's asking to pay More money this not Fair… and their phone not picked up and my que number 1 though… the chat service says they don't work only on Monday onwards till Friday. ( we are at Saturday)… Such Bad Customer Care

This service appears to be fraudulent. I placed an order for a cake, and despite their website clearly stating that normal delivery is free (INR 0), they insisted on additional delivery charges Rs 250. When I attempted to communicate with their chatbot, it continuously pressured me to pay the extra delivery fees, even though I requested the cancellation of my order. They have left my order in a pending payment status.

A bunch of unprofessional and cheaters run this space.
It's my mistake actually that I ordered from here, I now looked at the reviews here and everybody is saying the same thing.

They took money when I placed an order on 26th Sept'23 for the delivery to be done on 30th Sept.
Now today at 30th Sept they asked me to pay more! More for what?
Did I change my order? No
Did I change my address? No
Did I made any sort of changes in anything? No

But still I need to pay extra for delivery charge they said.
To cut things short, I had to pay as they would not deliver my cake and it was my Mom's birthday.

Finally the cake reached her, it was not Butterscotch flavor which I ordered and paid for...
There was no message over the cake at all...

They just screwed the occasion.

I really want to abuse them badly, but my conscious doesn't allow. They took extra money to screw us extra and screw the occasion.

Plz stay away. Rest is your choice.

I ordered this cake at price 515 and after that i have received a message to pay extra for 275 for delivery charges. I paid the amount.
After that I received vanilla cake rather than butter scotch which is I ordered which is not that much good and at market price 280 but I paid total 790 rs for that this is full scam.
It should at 350 maximum with delivery charges and should deliver exact same cake which one is ordered.
You are totally froud your customer service is totally worst your representative not talk at good manner.
This type of management not let you succeed.
You never get order form the same customer ever again.
Customer curse you for this type of froud.
You should return the extra amount you grabbed from customer with illegal approach.

After paying the amount for the cake, they asked for 275 rupes to deliver, when I canceled the order, they stopped responding and did not refund the money.

Stay away from these fraudsters.

First of all, FSSAI license number is not mentioned in the invoice.

Secondley, on 11th September 2023, I placed an order at "indiacakes.com" for a cake. I made a payment of INR 945, selecting the normal delivery option. To my surprise, I was not informed about any additional delivery charges at the time of purchase. However, the day after, I received a notification requesting an additional payment of INR 275. I didn't made this additional payment, as it was not communicated to me during the initial transaction.

I promptly sent an email inquiring about this issue, but unfortunately, I received no response. My attempts to contact them via phone also went unanswered. Eventually, I managed to reach a live customer agent named Ruchika, who advised me to cancel the order. Unfortunately, there was no option on their website to initiate a cancellation. Subsequently, I sent a cancellation and refund request via email, but once again, I received no response from their side.

As it stands, my money has been deducted, the order remains undelivered, and I have yet to receive any communication or resolution from "indiacakes.com."

They charged Rs 600 for 1/2 kg cake then extra Rs275 for delivery charges but my Order is also not delived yet.Customer Service Guys are fraud, They dont pick calls too!

Please refain from ordering from India Cakes, if you want peice od your mind!

It's fake customer and it don't have work ethics,asking for Delevery charges 275 which is not mentioned in the order details

Indiacakes.com is a scam website, they take money from people and dont deliver, the numbers are not reachable. Please refrain from ordering from this website, also customer sevice is very bad, company will be shut down before they cheat other people.

I ordered a cake from the the listed delivery time has passed so long back and the cake has not yet reached. There customer service is even more absurd no proper answers and replies I have called them endless times and they have no answer. They charged extra 297 for delivery which was nowhere mentioned on there site and still they did not get my ordered delivered on time, I just don't get how are they even rated 3.9 where they deserve a big 0

The worst company on this planet. Real professional cheaters and they do not even care to respond to the problems they have in-house

Terrible Experience with IndiaCakes: Failed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with IndiaCakes and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with their services. I placed two separate online orders with them, and in both instances, they failed to deliver the promised products.

Firstly, I placed an order on June 11,2023, for my wife's birthday on June 12,2023. However, after I had already made the payment, I was informed that an extra delivery charge of Rs 150/- was required. Although this was frustrating, I decided to go ahead and pay the additional charge. Unfortunately, despite paying the extra fee, IndiaCakes failed to deliver the cake on the scheduled date. This ruined my wife's birthday surprise and left me extremely dissatisfied.

As a remedy for their mistake, they provided me with a discount coupon that was supposedly valid for one year. Thinking that this was a one-time error, I decided to give IndiaCakes another chance. I placed a second order using the discount coupon on June 26,2023, for my niece's birthday on June 30,2023. Once again, to my dismay, they failed to deliver the cake as promised. To add insult to injury, I had already paid Rs 36.65 for this order, and yet they still couldn't manage to fulfill their obligation.

The lack of accountability and poor customer service displayed by IndiaCakes is utterly unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing to have placed two orders with them, paid the required fees, and then have them fail to deliver on both occasions. Not only did they ruin two important celebrations, but they also wasted my time and money.

It is disheartening to see a company that fails to uphold its commitments and provide reliable services. I strongly advise others to reconsider using IndiaCakes for their online cake deliveries. Their unprofessional behavior and failure to fulfill orders have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who are considering using IndiaCakes' services and that the company takes the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings.

I had ordered cake for delivery on 07 Apr 2023 to my maids 10 year old daughter who lives in Darjeeling after checking the delivery postal code with the customer support team, On 7th April, I received request for additional Rs 250/- as delivery charge which I immediately transferred only to be informed on 08 Apr that the delivery was not possible and I would receive refund. 4 months from now, I have not received any refund and no response to e-mails and customer support is not responding, completely cheated. Fraudulent site, please beware from ordering...
