I now have FIVE chimes! They sound absolutely beautiful. Within MINUTES of hanging them on my porch, several neighbors commented positively on their beautiful sounds! I am so please with your chime product that if I had a larger porch I would order those remaining chimes that are offered!

I was offered 7% discount to complete order in 5 min. but web site did not apply the discount. Your service person called right after and gave me the discount and apologized for web site snafu.

There is a problem entering the" Country" in the billing address section, only United States would come up but you give an option to enter province and postal code.

The website states "Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped within 48 hours of your order" I placed my order on Nov. 1 and it didn't ship until Nov. 5, I received it Nov. 8 at 5:45pm. Not what I expected.

We paid to have the item delivered into our maintenance room and the driver dumped it in the middle of our laundry room where it still sits because we have to hire someone to come and move it all of 5 feet into the maintenance room. Not happy and no one has suggested that a partial refund or paying to have it moved into the maintenance room.

They had the lowest price that I could find on the internet for the product, and they mailed it in perfect condition.

I entered stuff into my shopping cart yesterday. When I went back to it today it was empty. It would be nice to have the ability to build the shopping cart over time ( to be able to save it and return to it later).

Shipping Estimate on your site did not match what you charged me for shipping. You charged more than your estimate.

Customer service called me when item I ordered was on back-order. They let me know when it would ship and gave me the chance to cancel if the item wouldn't arrive soon enough. Item arrived when they stated and I would happily order from them again.
