I've been trying to get a hold of this company for weeks and they keep giving me the runaround, but they have no problem taking peoples money. I will not be buying from them again.

Great quality, fun styles and colors, comfortable, and great customer service.

I have been wearing Inkkas slips ons, boots and hiking boots for 3-4 years now. I have over 15 pair (just a slight obsession!). From walking conference centers, to professional looks at work, to running errands and being outdoors, my Inkkas are the first shoes I consider when getting ready to go out.

Returns have been pretty easy, and had one exchange for a slightly higher priced item/larger size, and they made it easy.

I ordered two of the same shoe, just different pattern, and had to return one pair due to very inconsistent sizing. I kept the second pair and have had it for about a month. They are very uncomfortable and now they're coming apart as seen in the pictures below. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Super cute shoes, good look. BUT blisters on my feet with 20 mins of walking. Tried to break it in with no luck. Just bad fit. Can't use

The boots are lovely and comfortable but they leave BAD black marks on the floor. Ive tried to contact the company with no luck. Poor customer service no phone number. If you never wear them inside might be ok. But leavemarks every step of the way.

Ordered the cheaply made slip one. $78.00. Nowhere do I see even today. For a complete refund. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Outside of that. You pay for the shoes to be sent back. And it isn't cheap! For the high price. The Dplus rating and now 2 and half stars in eating. I only wish I had seen all of this prior to ordering. And they would have been honest on the return guidelines.

If I could give them less stars, I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them in March. One pair came, the other was preorder. The first pit was too big and uncomfortable so I tried to send them back. It took me three emails to get them to send me a return slip. I sent them back and they were delivered more than a month ago. I still have not received my refund.
The second pair is still delayed. I got an update on them from their customer service email letting me know they were further delayed. They did this by sending an email with no BCC to all of the people waiting for these shoes. So now more than 100 strangers have my information. Just an enormous breech of customer privacy. When I emailed them about it, they "assured me their website was secure" and never acknowledged that they just violated privacy laws.
I am currently trying to cancel that order too.

Do not bother with this company. They are the worst.

I have a pair of joggers and boots and I love them both. The joggers are super fun and comfy, AND I get compliments on them all of the time. The customer service is also top notch! I had an issue with my boots where an eyelet for the laces came out only after one wear. They promptly sent me a new one and I have enjoyed them ever since.

Two stars because the look of the Cyprus high tops is gorgeous. But I literately can't wear them. Though these fit correctly in length/width, the metal grommets on the sides dig into my bones and these don't seem to be designed for human feet.

These shoes are pretty, but they were not comfortable. Not only were they way too narrow, the seams on the inside of the shoes feel cheap and rub uncomfortably. I had to ask for an exchange for a size up, and it didn't help at all. Overall not really worth the price beyond the cool design.

Waste of money I won't get back. Never received and no one answers emails. Won't buy again needless to say

Not a fan for several reasons. First, the quality is poor at best. I wanted to love these shoes (the joggers) but they lack support and the true colors are dull, not the vibrant pop of color displayed on the website. After a long wait finally received the vegan high tops. Good lawd! I could smell the fumes before I even took the box out of the plastic mailer bag. What kind of toxic noxious chemicals did they apply to this item? I'm going to try to air them out and wear them because I've already been through the nightmarish return process (where you CAN NOT get your money back) and refuse to do that again. I'm cutting my loses and not looking back.

Hope and pray that you do not need to make an exchange or return, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU FOR MONTHS... they make the process absolutely impossible. The sneakers also have zero arch support whatsoever. Not worth the cute factor if you ask me.

Ordered shoes for wife a month or so before Christmas and there was no updates on when the order was going to be shipped, emailed a few times and I think I got a response once, after the shoes arrived (5 weeks after I ordered it) they weren't comfortable so we returned them using the shipping label they sent. When I followed up on the refund there was a generic response that it'll be processed within a certain number of days and then there was a random amount of $12.60 posted to my credit card account when I originally paid $81.62 including taxes and shipping!

I have since sent 3 follow-up emails and haven't received any responses or explanation on the refund amount, horrible customer service from this company! I will never order from them again, if I could give zero stars then I would be happy to do that.

Ordered three types of shoes, the slip on loafer, a jogger and a regular tennis type walking shoe. Even though I have a narrow foot these shoes fit horribly as they pinched at the base of the toes and were also too long for a standard size 8. Very uncomfortable shoes, they look cute but they would've been cruel shoes to wear. Also they will not respond to any type of email to Customer Service so you have to look back on the site to find out how to return and then they only give you a free shipping for seven days from date of receipt. So if you give these as a gift or don't open them right away, you may very well lose the free shipping back. And of course you lose the initial cost to ship to you which in my case was about eight dollars. But lesson learned to never re-order from Inkkas again.

Received the shoes and they had an awful odor which smelled up the entire bedroom. Had to put them in the garage and two weeks later, the garage still smells as do the shoes. Tried to contact Inkas without any response. Posted a review on their site which they removed. Hard to believe they are still in business.

I like how light weight these shoes are but after wearing a half day my feet hurt do to the lack of arch support or any type of support, I thought for the price and it being a running shoe there would be some support

The Cyprus slide is a completely different color than the website, which was obviously photoshopped to show a much better color.
Plus they small like chemicals.
This "save the world" company better save their own company first.

Hello anyone there? Nope! I ordered a pair of boots from them (which are not cheap) and got confirmation on my order with a order number. They were back ordered but there is no communication when they will be shipped out. I tried to contact them and no one responds.
Needless to say, I will be fighting this charge with Paypal. Buyers beware, customer service is horrible.

I ordered the palms camping boot after reading excellent reviews.

I live in the uk so the order didn't take that long to arrive. When they did arrive they are marked on one of the shoes. The tongue of the show is also stitched all the way to the top allowing virtually no room to get your foot inside.

I contacted the company to tell them the shoes were marked and didn't fit and was told I would have to pay to send them back. Pay more shipping for the new shoes and more airport tax. This to me is bad customer service and the design needs to be re-evaluated.

I decided as I don't want to pay another $100 for a show I may not be entirely happy with. To unpick the stitching down the sides of the tongue to actually allow my foot inside the shoe.

I have several pairs of Inkkas -- the camping boots, runners, and slip-ons -- and I will be getting more. They each have beautiful and unique designs. Like wearing art on my feet! They are also very comfortable and durable. (My husband and I often take long walks around the neighborhood and I wear my slip-ons the most because they are so easy to put on... and no matter how long the walk, my feet feel great in them.) I am all about these shoes and the brand's mission!

The trek slip on's are so incredibly comfortable-they NEVER needed broken in. The amount of compliments I have received has allowed me time to brag about how much I love my Inkkas!
