First off, 1 star is being EXTREMELY GENEROUS. I sincerely urge you to run as fast as possible away from this lending company. If this company was recommended or suggested by someone you know, that person is NOT YOUR FRIEND. This has been the absolute WORST experience with a lending company I have ever heard of. Negligent is too mild an adjective to use when describing this company. Greg West and Frenchell Hampton were entirely absent at best and downright AWOL for most of the process. The best example I can give you was that it took over 4 MONTHS to receive a call back after leaving several voicemails and emails, while in the middle of the process of trying to get our loan figured out while trying to close on our house. Once we finally, miraculously were able to have the stars align long enough for Greg to accidentally get his $#*! figured out and close on this property was when the real fun began. He was so sloppy, the incorrect insurance was included in the binder, resulting in defaulted payment and a hassle that I had to deal with myself to correct the home owners insurance. I figured this out not by Greg actually following up or doing his job, but the insurance company reaching out with concern about the missed payment(s). Integrity Lending is a complete $#*! show of incompetence. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST!

I once again used Cheap O Air to fly to the Holy Land We aren't leaving until October but there seemed to be no complications. We got exactly what we wanted within our time frame. The price was the best I could find. We will let you know how the connections work out after we get back in November.
