This company is a SCAM! They use scam websites that throw up a message that says that you have an infection and that it needs to be resolved immediately and to call Microsoft. The number mysteriously calls someone who says they are authorized by Microsoft but they are not. Anyone who knows better knows damn well they are not. They have NO fee structure and charge whatever they think they can swindle out of the sucker on the phone! The FTC is investigating them. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM CALL YOU CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK AND REPORT THIS AS FRAUD!

I was very Leary in giving out my personal info and allowing someone access my computer. I even questioned the validity of the person whom I was talking to but I eventually came around. The tech I spoke with is Dominic Holmes. He kept his cool even though I'm sure he had to be saying to himself a few choice words, and he resolved the problem and I feel really guilty for giving him a hard time. Parker Wells was so patient, kind, and helpful in helping me to understand the difference between infections to my devices vs my network and how important it is to have them cleaned and maintained regularly to prevent virus, spyware, Trojan, etc from causing damage. I am so happy with the service. Henry & Lloyd were so very patient and helpful. They worked with me all day to fix my computer from a very bad virus. From The last year with ITzSupport i had two bad experiences however that is against 25 great experiences. Itzsupport are really working hard to make all customers satisfied and i agree with that. I have no concerns now and hope this will continue.
The Technicians could find and fix problems nobody else could. They also were very pleasant, patient and kind. With my multiple problems causing all the difficulties turned out to be my anti virus software, which was Avast & Mcafee. I don't have them anymore, thanks to My last technician from ITzSupport.

A pop up comes up on your computor saying you have a virus and you must call the number on the pop up. Then they SCAM you into $999.99 worth of crap security and support. Yes, this happened to my 87 year old mother. There is a special place in HELL for you people!
