This VPN at first disappointed me as the in built option to use "Netflix USA" did not work. After a few attempts I decided to ask for a refund, when a life saver called Theodore, gave me clear and helpful instructions on how to set my VPN up manually, and the restrictions on USA netflix were lifted. Thanks once again my friend.

I've had an issue with connecting to the netflix USA for a few days, and after speaking with a few executives/customer service people over at ivacy and not really getting anywhere (even though they were all trying there best and were all incredibly helpful) I finally had someone who could solve my issue within minutes! His name is THEODORE and he helped me so quick he deserves a raise! I have no issue no bad word to say about the help and advice he gave me, every part of his service was exceptional!

Thanks Theodore! You did a great job putting together the bits and pieces of information I had in order to find my account which was for some reason under a different address. Thanks for taking the time to get it all sorted out on the customer service side and going out of your way in letting me know when i could get my tech questions answered, It was awesome talking to you. When I first bought the program my laptop could not run it and I had to take hours of the customer suppport's time of them working on my problem and trying to find out what was wrong. They never gave up and kept doing everything they could while being very respectful and kind. Definitely the best customer support I have ever encountered and The VPN service is top-notch! There are a million features to customize your experience and you can change ip whenever is needed. If you are looking for a VPN I would 100% recommend Ivacy!

I'm using Ivacy since a couple months now and i am very happy with it. It has some advanced features such as "split tunneling" i didn't quite get right at first but got sorted out right with the help of the online chat support (in this case, my support contact was THEODORE and has been of great help!). I'll recommend Ivacy to anyone interested in a good VPN solution.

I looked at several, actually more, VPN's before signing up with Ivacy. Already I am happy. I either made a mistake with my sign-in email address or my email was malfunctioning so I could't sign in. Theodore stayed with me for a very long period until the problem was resolved. A lot of patience and good advise. This is simply top notch service and easy to use VPN.

Not reliable or PROFESSIONAL

Before i subscribed to the Ivacy 2 year program, i confirmed (Ivacy support team) that their VPN service works with Os Maverick. That was in July 2017, everything worked fine until recently. I get blocked by a Ivacy login window and cannot select different servers as before. Their response is to "manually" configure each time i want to change servers. Yes that is a get by solution but not the product i bought in July 2017. Ivacy now says that my OS is out of date and must upgrade. Not a viable solution because my older graphic programs wil not work with the newer OS's. Not a professional company, as soon i as i talked about a refund and not respecting their original engagement, TOTAL SILENCE. If you are a Mac user and happy with Os Maverick, stay away from Ivacy

I had an issue where I wasn't able to login to the servers. I contacted the support and he (Theodore) told me that my email was too long, that's why it didn't work.
He made within a few minutes a new account (name) for me and solved my problem. Servers are stable and fast so far. It's also pretty cheap.

I was trying to instal ivacy on my mac os sierra... spend a lot of time till pop up the on line assistance Theodore though the ivacy web page and start to help me.
The help was jus great, detailed and patient... providing the correct answers till the very end... and the correct end letting the ivacy software works in perfect way.

I'm in china too like some other people here and this guy THEODORE saved my $#*! today man, he not only gave me a AMAZING DISCOUNTED price for one year subscription, but he even shown me some nice sites and teached me how to bypass some blocks we got here. So yeeeeeah am very happy, ivacy rules :D !

Theodore was most helpful in solving a technical issue I had with the connection, and in converting my monthly subscription to a 2-year subscription with minimal hassle.

Great company and the support staff. They genuinely try to help fix the issues and answer their tickets promptly. The software is robust, however i did run into some issues with was fixed through their support systems. Not a fan of their Beta client but classic is decent. Just added another two years on my nearly ending year subscription. Great value for money.

After using their service for 2 years Vladimir made me an offer: $40 for a "Lifetime subscription". I cannot say that their servers work 100% all the time.
I am using pptp connections and when i find a very loaded server i simply connect to the next one and problem is solved.

For me they are the best vpn provider.
I highly recommend them.

I've been struggling to get the best speed when using Ivacy. Now, I do understand that every VON slows down your internet connection, but even though I want to squeeze every bit of speed out of it;)

Been in touch with several helpdesk-chatters and they were all very helpful but I would like to mention especially Theodore. Due to whatever reason I get him quite often on the chat and I have to say that he's always very patient and helpful. So kudo's to the helpdesk and specially to Theodore. I just got a great deal to run Ivacy for 2 years and the web site offers a chat box for real time help. I started chatting with THEODORE and he very quickly had me up and running by showing me how to download the app and install it, and then answered several questions about using it.

It seems very simple and so far very quick. Couldn't be happier.!

Much better throughput speed than the competing VPN solutions (which I used previously).
On the one rare occasion when there was a problem - support was quick and solved the problem.
