Jackpot candles behind the scenes customer service is above and beyond helpful and understanding. My wife loves the scents of these candles and every Christmas for the past 5 years and my package was lost or taken and they were so kind and helpful and sent me a new order. I can't say many other businesses would do this and I'm so grateful because I'm waiting for a heart transplant and every dollar I spend is budgeted. Thank you again
I wanted to ship more, hit pay as I thought it would ask if that was all or would give me an opportunity to shop more. In addition, when I opened this up from my text message it said 50 percent off. Why wasn't I given that? When I hit the pay button I hadn't put in a credit card, I bought from you before and liked the experience, This has left me upset, I hadn't put in my address or anything.
I have bought several candles from them! I love all the scents I have bought! They burn for a long time, and the jewelry inside is gorgeous! I keep coming back for more! The rings make perfect gifts for my daughters and myself! I have kept 2 rings so far! They don't break me out and they are a good fit since I got to put my size on there. Anyone that doesn't like them must be upset they spent 30 bucks and didn't get the 5000 ring and that is ridiculous!

I got both my candles in a timely manner... but so didn't order in a peak holiday season. About a week, and they came today. I will come back and re-review about the rings. Until then... I am enjoying beautiful scents. And not hard to light if you have experience with wood wicks.

I've never ordered this type of candle so I'm curious about the rings. All these scents sound amazing.
**update **. After using one of the candles, there seems to be no actual scents to the candles. Even before lighting the wicks, there's barely any scent to the wax. The ring was fun to get to though. The ring itself seems quite cheap for $35 value. It seems more like something you would find in a $10 & under store. The whole point of this for me was to have the experience and enjoy it. I did enjoy the whole interaction, but I am somewhat disappointed in the candle itself, at least the one I have burned through so far.
Also, this review process doesn't cooperate very well. The process itself gets a 2 star rating.

Absolutely gorgeous rings inside the candles. I bought two candles and a bath bomb and all three rings are incredibly beautiful! It's a little bit messy trying to remove the pouch from the melted wax but so worth it!
Tip for consumers:
You might want to purchase a pair of inexpensive tweezers in anticipation of the candles being delivered because you will need to use them to get the pouch out of the candle wax and they will be messy afterwards.

All three items purchased (French Vanilla Candle, Sweet Pea Candle, and Misfits Bath Bomb. All have amazing scents that are very warm and inviting. The rings inside each item are beautiful and such a fun surprise. :)

The bath bombs themselves are very lovely. However you open your package of surprise jewelry and are so stunned because each piece is so beautiful. However, even with special, care within a month each piece has turned my fingers green and the bands have turned a copper color.
I've bought "costume" jewerly before for even less money and have not encountered this. It's terribly disappointing.
