Charged my card immediately and then disappeared. Never shipped, never responded to follow up calls or emails.
While the quality of the merchandise is perfectly acceptable delivery is a major issue. Promised in a couple weeks it took months and several emails to the company to finally receive my order. Also it was not sized according to American sizing charts. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear and it was a perfect fit. The price is also high end, and in my opinion could easily be reduced and still turn a profit. At one point I was offered a free hat for my inconvenience; it never came.
