I almost thought I had been scammed because it took almost 5 weeks to get the shoes (just like they advertised) but they are absolutely wonderful. I have a high arches - check - need cushion for lots of walking - check - feet swell sometimes, but not all of the time - check - don't like an orthopaedic look - check. They arrived today and seem well made. When I emailed asking about tracking, I got a quick and complete response. Worth the wait.

I ordered these shoes from Jane's Closet advertised on Facebook. They are poorly made, nothing orthopedic about arch, and the shoes fit differently on each foot. One shoe feels smaller than the other. I've contacted them with pictures and measurements of shoes and my feet. They refuse to allow a return unless I pay for their return. No guarantees on getting refund. Poorly made product and unacceptable customer service

It took over 5 weeks for my order to arrive, only to receive the wrong sizes. One pair way to small, the other pair to big. They ask you to send pictures of the packaging, the shoe sizes, etc. I've done everything they've asked, and still they refuse to give me an address to return these items too. I will be contacting my bank, BBB, and who ever else I can contact! There should be something consumers can do when your completely ripped off..

If I could give a zero, I would. Believe these other reviews-they are accurate. Poor quality-no returns. Cannot contact seller. Same cheap plastic, ill-made shoes shipped in a bag. DO NOT BUY.

I measured my foot for 7.5 exactly. Ad said wide toe box. Shoes arrived a month later. My toes were right up against the end and very narrow. Customer support required pictures of my foot measurement and shoe, then said i cant return them even though they dont fit since order filled correctly! Learned my lesson to not buy a name brand.

Where are NO stars?
I bought a pair of shoes from them. Took FOREVER to get them! They are so big around the sides, you can stick all your fingers in there. Be careful of these Chinese sites they will take your money and hide out! It's a Facebook scam. Most items I have bought on Facebook are from China and impossible to send back the cheap plastic garbage they sell. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN from them!

Even though I should had read the reviews, sometimes you can't go by that but after seeing all the one ratings I know I would not had bought them. I bought two pairs and they came in a bag. I ordered in July they arrived September 1st. Poorly made. Very cheap material. Doesn't look nothing like it did online. They look cheap. Feel cheap. I can't believe I bought these things. I said 7 1/2, but feet fit to the end. After reading the problems some had with returning I guess I am out $58. Horrible and the even feel cheap. Do not buy.

I would rate them a ZERO if that rating were available! Non-existent customer service and absolutely inferior product. Cheap Chinese crap! The site leads you to believe the product(s) are located in the continental US, but the order, which took forever to be placed and subsequently receive, came from SHANGHAI, CHINA! ABSOLUTE CRAP!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammer RIPOFF artists!

STAY AWAY! It's a TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Orthopedic shoes ... which were not anything closely resembling "orthopedic" shoes.

I purchased shoes at September 7.2020, was patiently waiting for 23 days, my order never arrived, I thought this store is located in the USA but I find out with tracking number it is located all the way in China, my order sits in China for 23 days without progress. I have made a call to costumer service witch suppose to respond 24 hours... there is also no answer, I received auto Text message, they line is busy. I'm about to call to my bank and report this scam bugs.

This company is a scam. The order arrived after four weeks from Hanoi South Korea. The sneakers were damaged with creases in the leather that does not come out. They were shipped in a bag therefore they
Were damaged in shipping. Also the lining in the toe of the sneaker was torn. There response
Was that was the norm for them to look that why. They would not give me a pre-paid label to send them back.
It would cost $27 to return them and I only paid $32.00 for the sneakers. So I guess, I will just throw them away.

Well they are very light and pretty... but NO arch support. I will have purchase arches to glue in. And the right shoe is floppy and loose and the left fits. I have read that there is no use trying return to China!( it took 60 days to arrive so I guess no use trying to return for the postage cost and likelyhood of never seeing my money.and will have to re sew them myself. Not worth it... really

Looks like I have the same issue as everyone else. Ordered a bra, they took it out of my account, didn't send a tracking number,( although looks like it would have been fake anyway), sent 3 emails, only one answered with no helpful info. It has been almost 30 days. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I hope more people will read reviews before shopping at Janescloset.com. They are a bad company.

Ordered a pair of shoes, the ones you see online look suede, the ones I received are nothing but cheap plastic. I immediately checked out there return/refund policy and did exactly as it said. I emailed with pictures and requested a refund. They send me a link to their refund policy. Not sure why, I felt I already did what they say to do in order to get an ok to receive a refund. Now they ignore my emails because they never were going to refund me. This business is a scam. They need to be shut down and I honestly believe any good reviews are fake.

Was so anxious to get my shoes, but when they arrived, they were too wide. I read the return policy and followed the step to contact. They contacted me back telling me to take a pic of the product and shipping envelop. Did. Then, I had to draw around my foot, put a ruler beside it with my foot and the shoe and take a pic. Did. Then,
They tell me to give them to a friend or donate them. After 4 or 5 emails, they gave me an address in Vietnam to return my $29.99 shoes and pay the $19.99 shipping. What a scam.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes. If you buy 2 pair you get 40% of. Well that didn't happen. I ordered my shoes July 21,2020. I have at least 4 emails with concerns, percentage off, where's my order and you took the money as soon as you received. Unbelievable, this was a gift for an elderly woman who needed orthopedic shoes desperately. I'm so upset that this has happened. The problem with places like this makes me want to just stick with Macy's, Amazon.

This company does not return emails and their products do not match the description at all, there is no arch support and fit poorly I ordered them on 8/30 and they arrived on 9/22. I wish to return them but have no idea how. I would never recommend them to anyone! I should have read the reviews before ordering, I saw PayPal and thought it meant a legitimate business.

So I finally got my shoes. Won't be keeping either pair. The blue Maryjane sandals are a disaster. The lining sticks out at the toe and looks terrible. The strap is not long enough to cover the velcro strip. And they are not comfortable. The green ones are cute, but are too small (my fault). I wear an 8.5 but ordered down to an 8 instead of a 9. Too much trouble to return them to China. I'll be donating them to Goodwill.:-( Do not recommend Jane's Closet. Buyer BEWARE.

I ordered 4 pair of orthotic sandals. First let's just say that they lied about being located in New York City. They are actually in China. The shoes look like they were hand sewn and very poor quality. It took over 6 weeks for me to receive them and there was not a number for me to call about a return. There was no return address nor a billing slip in the package. Please never order from these people.

I ordered shoes from Jane's Closet 5 weeks ago, and they finally arrived yesterday, from China. These shoes were advertised as "orthopedic" quality - "originally $60" and I paid $30+ "on sale". They are so poorly made that they're unusable. The company doesn't answer their phone ("due to Covid" according to their website) and hasn't replied to any of the 4 emails that I sent during the long wait to receive them. I would love to request a refund, but I have no hope of receiving one. I plan on donating them to Goodwill, if they'll even take them. This company is a scam! BUYER BEWARE!

For one thing they debit your payment on the day you order the product. It is now over 3 weeks and I still have no product. I asked for a refund and was ignored. This is a seriously fake business. There are a number of complaints in the BBB. I can only echo what the other bad one star reviews have already stated. Stay away from this company. I also noticed that the same AZZY orthopedic shoes on different sites. I imagine it is the same people.

I ordered shoes. Suppose to be ortho slip on shoes in size 9. Shoes were to small, terrible workmanship on the inside of both heels resulting in almost a pleating of material. Customer service took forever to respond, wanted pictures and then told me they were the correct size but no mention of the workmanship. Pretty much it was sorry but we are keeping your money but we can offer you 30% off your next purchase... not in this lifetime.

I purchased two pairs of shoes. They do not fit and I wish to return them. I have sent two emails to the address they list for returns and have heard nothing. Their return policy says 10 days and I know they are going to wait until the time limit has expired. No phone number and no other contact information. This company seems to be a scam. There is no receipt for a photo for proof of purchase, so I can only send a photo of the label on the package they came in and it doesn't even say Janecloset.

Long wait for items! Did not know that is coming from Vietnam! Poor packaging and damage! No returns, have to ship on your dime to Vietnam.

Janecloset is scamming customers!
Their products are junk and will not allow returns.
Products don't arrive. I got charged for shoes that never arrived.
We must all unite to get this web site shut down.
Please call the California Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission to report their unscrupulous business practices.
Let us help future customers from getting cheated and put Janecloset OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER!

Took photos etc Emails
Phone # not working due to staff working from home because of corona virus
Never heard back for return
I sent package back to address on package
Cost me almost $9.00
I am very disappointed
I cannot afford this
I want my money back plus shipping
I will pursue this to the full extent

I started placing an order for three pairs. Concern #1 where do I access my discount. OK it's free shipping. I'll let the discount go. Concern #2 at checkout "where is the PayPal option?" Then I decide to check janecloset.com online. THANK ALL OF YOU who took the time to alert other unsuspecting customers. The one or two who received the items and had no problems, if that is true, you may not want to try your luck with this site ever again.
