The clothing are good of good quality, One of my US friend gifted one Sherpa Vest to my kid and when I got to know that it was priced below Rs. 5K, I was like wow! However, I do not have any experience of their shipping facility to India.
Terrible customer service! I ordered a gift to send to NYC, but it was never delivered. When I called JJ their representative Joann said it was delivered by DHL and left in the mailbox but the gift recipient checked for 6 days in a row and it was never there. No picture proof was provided and JJ said I need to solve this with the carrier and never thought about offering to send another package to replace the lost one. They put the burden of discussion on the customer while clearly the contract agreement with the carrier was not fulfilled. Terrible! Never buying from them again although I was buying lots of things there for my grandkids.
