I had purchased their instant translator. The company was good about getting the product shipped. I liked the translator itself. However, Jarvisen does not give any support after the sale. There was a problem with the global connection. Absolutely no support was given by this company to fix this problem. I ended up finally sending the translator back with an RA. After they had received the return, I had to fight more with the company to get them to send the replacement. I would give this company a zero star review if I could my experience with them has been so poor with any support after the sale. A perosn cannot talk to any individual at any time. Only email is an option. No one even gets on with you in their chats. It is only automated, which does not truly help with actual problems. Very poor review for this company in customer support.
