OFFENSIVE INSULTING UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED A TOOL SHED AND THE MATERIAL WAS FLEMSY THIN METAL. I REQUESTED A RETURN 5 TIMES AND THEY KEPT OFFERING ME $20 FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE $560 SHED. FORTUNATELY, I WAS ABLE TO GET WALMART CUSTOMER SUPPORT INVOLVED AND THEY FORCED JAXPETY TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND FULL REFUND.
I bought the jaxperty 8.4x8.4 metal shed from home depot this thing is a nightmare
First it's so called 30 day warranty don't cover if it's damaged I tried to return this crap but was told it'd have to be re boxed with all the parts
This defeats the purpose of having a warranty
Since I lost parts trying to put this thing together I lost money on it
Since it was the cheapest shed on the market "for a reason" I purchased another one but thought hiring someone to assemble it would be a great idea NOPE the guy couldn't figure it out and just took my money and ran
The instructions are by far thee worst vague least descriptive hard to follow out of any assembly manual I've ever seen the shed has pre drilled pilot holes but the instructions are so hard to make out you can't see how to line them up properly
So it takes a ton of trial and error which I didn't have the time for being on psychiatric medication being in the heat for long periods of time is impossible to do and my elderly physically disabled father in a wheelchair was trying to help me and we both ended up hurting ourselves which is why I hired someone and even they complain those instructions are a joke

My children bought me a Jaxpety outdoor shower for me as a Birthday gift. I built a mat to mount and hook to hose but realized it doesn't come with needed adaptors to install. Just a trip to Home Depot but after getting everything hooked up and filled with water and turned on the hot/cold valve will not turn off the water. You must turn off the valve from the hose or it just keeps pouring water. I have emailed several times, given them the order number 3 times and still nothing done.
So my kids save up hard earned money to buy me a nice gift but it is WORTHLESS. Can't use as is at all so just stay away from this cheap junk. They take your hard earned money and laugh all the way to the bank.
WORTHLESS COMPANY. DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THEM RUN NOW!
