Had to chase them up 3 months later after purchase. Customer rep "Aldrick S." said the item was out of stock. No apology, no alternative offered. REALLY poor service, avoid if possible.

The JBL online store in in Australia is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered for items showing in stock. After I paid for it, the message came up as out of stock, wont be available before March 2022. That is almost 6 months wait from payment date.
Very unprofessional. I feel like I have been cheated. I get no response when I try to cancel my order or ask for a refund.
